We bought this generator after Hurricane Beryl. We have a newborn baby and after tons of research a tri-fuel was our only option. Our house is on natural gas so we wanted to be able to use this feature. The shipment came in within a few days. We love everything about it and all the power it fuels our house. We can have everything powered up and running.

Although I just bought it and have only run it a short while as a test. I was very impressed with the build quality. I'm frequently so disappointed with how manufacturers package their products for shipping. The generator was well-protected and in excellent shape when I received it.

I bought this generator to either keep the Texas heat at bay during the summer or the Texas cold out during power outages. I am currently running on propane while getting natural gas hook up made. It runs great and has plenty of power for my 41/2 ton unit. Remote start is awesome by the way.

Looked at several videos and reviews and this was an easy choice. Has everything I need and more. Plan on only using propane and the price point made it easy to buy a couple of 30 lb tanks and everything to hook up to the house. The first start attempt on propane failed and after double checking everything, the second attempt worked fine. Very happy with the purchase.

I am going to connect this to the house using the 50w hookup so I’ll update. Once I do. Out of the box, this unit has everything you need to get it up and running. It came with the oil so I serviced that after I installed the tires and support arms. Fulled with gas. Hooked up the battery. Hit the start button. Took less then 6 seconds and it was up and running. Haven’t tried the remote start yet

Received generator in excellent condition. Very well built. Manual instructions were very clear. Assembly was easy. Started right up with the automatic starter the first time and powered the entire house. Propane fuel worked great. Very confident now if we have a power outage.

After years of putting of buying a generator because I hated to modify it (voiding warranty), I finally found just the right product that had all the features I needed. Having the tri-fuel option and ability to plug into natural gas while it works is amazing!

9500DFc arrived on time in perfect condition. Looks well made and finished all round. Be sure to read the detailed manual. I have had 6 generators over the years from 1700W to 16kw and must say this one has the most comprehensive and informative manual. Also some features like remote starter set up are not intuitive but well explained in the manual. Lots of good advice to keep your geni long lasting. I'm excited to use it and will update on the experience.

I had done a ton of research and ultimately landed on the WGen9500DF for my power needs. I had been looking at this generator for several months going back and forth on whether or not to buy it. After several power failures and living on a farm with well water, I decided to purchase it. So far, I haven't had to use it for an extended period of time, but at first go, I have a good feeling about this piece of equipment. It was very well packaged and protected. There really wasn't much to setup; just the feet and wheels (and they provided the 10mm wrench). It took a little to start the first time, which was to be expected, but after letting it run and break in a little, it started easily with the push button, remote control, and even the pull start. The motor runs very smoothly and consistently and surprisingly isn't that loud! I tested it a bit on some power tools and the generator barely dropped RPM's and recovered almost immediately. I have a few more tests to perform to acquaint myself with it and be ready for when I need it, but thus far, I'm very happy with my purchase. I have much more piece of mind that when the power goes out, my family and animals will be safe.

Just bought the generator so I cannot comment on how it performed during power outage. I can say that the setup was straight forward and the generator started right up. I plugged to my transfer switch and it had no problem powering all my selected circuits. Machine is well built and is easy to move around. I am very happy with it,
