My husband and I bought the WGen9500DF because of the wattage, push button start, and the dual fuel. At our age I just couldn't pull start our old generator. We donated it to our neighbor who keeps an eye on us. I just wished it had four wheels because it is a little hard for me to move it out of storage to our deck.

Just recievedand uncrated today. Machine was in perfect condition and start automatically right up. Purchasing the smart switch soon will be using to power whole house as soon as electrician wires up the connection box. Did alot of research and have alot of hope it worksgreat.

We purchased this generator at the end of August. We are excited about the features and looking forward to trying it out. The four rating is because we have not had a chance to hook it up yet to see how it works. We will update our rating once we give it a try.

We recently had a really bad snow storm that caused us to be without power for several days. Because of that, we knew we needed a generator. However, they were being ordered and bought us very quickly. So we became worried we would not receive on in time for the next predicted storms. But we did! We like that is has the option of using gas or can use propane. Very sturdy, made very well. We set it up, and started right after receiving with no problems at all!

I purchased my Westinghouse 9500DF about two months ago and I am extremely happy with the performance. It power my entire house with ease and is also very portable. I bring it all around with me to power my welder and grinding tools. FIVE STAR machine.

I purchased this in 2021, however, I did not use until 2024. It was good luck no power outage until this year. I was little worry even though this is no used unit before I start. It just starts by pressing button after putting engin oil and gas, we got the power back with our furnace.

So far I am very pleased with this generator. I really like the many features particularly the dual fuel capabilities, the manual electrical connections and the 3 different starting options. It seems to be a well built machine and the price was reasonable.

We just bought this generator. We haven't used it yet, but the size, weight and features are perfect for our use. We bought it for back-up power for our 5th wheel trailer. We feel much more at ease traveling knowing we have power when needed. It seems well built and good quality.
