Looking forward to many years with this generator. We went with the tri-fuel so I could leave it running at night on natural gas, and not having to mess with refueling it. The only problem I have with this generator is the very low propane/natural gas quick connect. We built a platform for it to sit in but had to cut out one section for the connection to be made.

I'm glad I purchased this generator, since Hurricane Helene and then the massive Ice storm we had this has been a new addition to our smaller generator. Easy start up and simple instructions on use. You will love this home saver when the lights go out for weeks at a time.

I bought two of these to power my entire house. I had an electrician provide wiring so I can connect directly to the breaker panels. I tested them today and they power my entire house including two exterior air conditioners, a 25,000 btu window air conditioner, pool pump, and everything else in the house.

The unit was very easy to set up and use. It was a nice touch that it's shipped with the tools and items you need to get going, like the oil needed since it's shipped without engine oil and a funnel to fill it with. I ran it on LP to try it out and started and ran smoothly. The controls and plugs are well-designed and easy to use. All around, a very nice unit.

I purchased this after a prolonged power outage in Connecticut. Two days after the electrician wired a connection we lost power again. I had the generator running on gasoline powering nearly the entire house in 10 minutes. It kept us going without a hitch. It's easy to start and reliable. What a comfort to have for emergencies!

Purchased back in June after a tornado left us without power for several days. I refuse to deal with that again. After weeks of research, I decided on this 9500DF and couldn't have picked a better model. She's a beauty and will power exactly what we need to be comfortable.

Powerful generator, easy to assemble, easy set up! The box it came in was in shambles from delivery, and I thought this machine would be destroyed! Amazingly it had a tiny dent on the frame, everything else appears fine! It’s a loud machine, but I didn’t buy this for its quietness, I bought it for its huge power!

I bought this to have just in case after experiencing 11 days without power after hurricane Helene. Setup was rather straight-forward, and it test-ran on propane just fine. I don’t plan to hook it into my house, so I bought adapters to run regular outlets for the 240 connectors. It should keep my backup heaters and fridge running continuously if needed, with a few lights and phone/laptop chargers too.

I wanted a carburetor not a fuel injection system. Not much was made clear to me in its description. This is just more electronic junk to go bad, including the remote, which is only greed. I did wonder why everyone in the US was selling these so cheap? Now I know. I had to change from the great generators I had been using to this! I hope it lasts through December. It has too many gadgets and they cannot even put the serial number on the manual... you have to go out in a storm when it arrives and find it just above the exhaust and try to write it down while breathing exhaust. I wonder what would happen in a storm if you were trying register it by breathing exhaust? Yet, there are thousands of warnings about everything. I am off-grid and have had 100s of generators, yet I cannot even work on this one. Westinghouse has made it impossible without a electronics shop to work on this machine. I will not buy another Westinghouse.. greed typical of companies like Westinghouse. I do not recommend this product for any place where you are using it as backup for storms.

Have owned this gen set for a month and I have kicked myself for not buying it sooner. I have had 0 problems since owning this generator and it runs my entire house. It was well packed on a pallet, with no dings or issues, and figured out how to put it together per the instruction manual. I love the remote starter key and am completely impressed with the quality of this product. It is very cost-effective.
