This delivered today, put on the wheels and feet = 5 minutes. Put in the oil and connected rhino propane tank = 5 minutes Pushed the button on the remote and it fired up on the first crank. Delivery was good came on the right day at the right time and package condition was excellent.

I just bought this generator and the assembly was minimal with great instructions. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It started right up and ran smooth and was not as noisy as I expected. I would recommend this portable generator. The generator is well balanced for easy movability.

Bought this mid August after having a power outage for 6 days. We decided we do not want to be without power that long again. We are hooking this up to natural gas but tested it on propane and it worked perfectly for our whole home, except for running the air conditioner which we can live without. We live in a rural area and are on well water and this ran our well pump with no problem. Was easy to install the electrical into the main power panel. As much as we hate to say it waiting for the next power outage to put everything to the test.

Bought the unit a couple months ago. Followed break in etc. At about 60 hours it started randomly shutting off. Now, it usually takes at least a half dozen attempts to do more than come up to voltage/speed and die...assuming it gets running, it randomly shuts off...maybe 5 minutes, maybe 30 - either way it is a real PITA.

I've seen a lot of good reviews and I'm hoping it's a good unit. I haven't ran it yet like the title says but I will soon. You get a bonus product for leaving a review so that's a plus. I'll update my review if when I run the genny it doesn't work properly. The unit is heavy so it seems really well built. Time will tell!

I replaced my 9 year old generator the this 9500 unit and it is such a great generator. It came in great shipping packaging and was easy to assemble, great direction and very easy to do. Just got thru running it on our 30 hour power outage and it run flawlessly. Certainly recommend this generator to anyone looking at this unit!

The quality of this generator is outstanding. The features are numerous and well displayed. The wheels and handle help maneuver this machine around. We have a lift on our truck and it definitely helps to be able to roll it up on a ramp instead of trying to lift it.

Received the generator today. Super fast service. Set up the generator which was very simple. I chose to try it on propane which was also very simple. Once I had everything hooked up I pressed the remote button and it might have turned over three times and it was running. Showed to be putting out 242 volts. I bought this as a back up for my home. Time will tell on durability but I am very happy so far.

It was recommended by the electrician who installed the transfer switch on my panel. My only issue was it would not start when it first arrived. The customer service guy told me that they recommend using the manual start the first time to “purge the system.” That seemed unlikely, but when I manually choked it, it did start. I think the issue was the push button start was not choking it automatically like it’s supposed to. I’ll see what happens next time I do a cold start.

After extensive research and looking at different generators I selected the WGen9500 for its features, reliability and reviews. It has been easy to set up and break in. I’m all set for the upcoming hurricane season. Hope I don’t need it but if I do…. I’ll update this review on it’s performance
