This was purchased for home use. The generator has all of the qualities that we were looking for. The auto start is a terrific perk. It runs quieter than other generators that I have had. It is easy to move from place to place due to being farly light weight. It has been able to run all of the electrical equipment that we require with power to spare. I recommend this for any home user that needs just a little more.

Bought this for the upcoming hurricane season. Have not used it for an extended period but so far it seems well made and easy to set up. The features are what we bought it for and having more than one fuel sourse, a remote start and electric start is a life saver

I lost power a month ago when a tree in front of my house took down the line to it. I had to borrow my neighbors generator. I consider myself to be fairly strong, but I couldn’t start it on my own. I was afraid of running out of gas in the middle of the night. So I’d have to stop it late at night and ask someone to start it in the morning. I knew that I wanted one, but it needed to be a push start. I found this model online after doing some research. I’m so glad that I bought it. There’s not going to be anymore worrying about loss of power. It’s push button and 9500 watts of running power. Great price too. Love it!

This is the first generator we buy in preparation for hurricane season. We received it super quick and turned it on for a few hours. Works great so far. I love the fact that I can turn it on with a button. It also has a remote control. Honestly hoping not to have to use it but I feel safe that we have it.

After a lot of research, this generator provided the power I wanted, at the price I wanted to pay. This is a heavy duty, compact machine that weighs over 200 lbs but is easy enough to maneuver after the handle and wheels are installed. Dual fuel option and the remote start make this even better. I would absolutely buy this again!

Just set up today and works good so far. one issue is the 50 amp outlet at the generator. The 50amp cord, when plugged in, is problematic to keep a safe connection because of the wheel located right under the outlet connection. You've got to manipulate the very heavy duty cord to be sure the plug stays in. Maybe some cords work better....The design could use some improvement on the operation side. 3 stars are not accurate for the full operating success, but I hope it's a 5 star when the power is out.

I bought the wheel kit along with it and it was a piece of cake to put on. I hooked the generator up to my propane canister and after several failed attempts to start it I finally realize that the choke was turning itself of prematurely. Once I fixed that it started right up and ran excellently.

We bought this generator for the size capacity that it can have running off of it. We wanted something that was big enough to run most everything in house when/if we lose power. We have not officially needed to use as of yet however we do have it prepped and ready to go when the time comes.

Just purchased this in anticipation of winter weather. Choose it because we are adding whole house back up with newly installed transfer switch. Arrived undamaged in excellent condition. Easy assembly and ready to go and move around. Started on first try.

we wanted a whole house portable generator to provide a back up. After much research...I decided on the Westinghouse WGen 9500DF. It was a great deal in comparison to a Generac or Honda, and so far it delivers just as well as those brands. We are able to power the entire house with it using a 50amp connection and interlock kit hooked up to our breaker panel. This beast even runs the central AC unit! (although you do need a "soft start" device installed on the AC compressor to help things along) We are very pleased so far with the generator and feel much better prepared for the next outage.
