My previous owned generator did not have enough power. I studied the different generators offered by other manufacturers and decide that the Westinghouse was the best to meet my needs. I am a senior and this battery start generator solved the pull start problem I was having.

I am a single mother and needed a generator that was dependable and easy to start. Those pull handle ones are not easy to start! This one is perfect with the remote you just push the button and it starts right up! Pretty Amazing! No hassle. and with the dual fuel option, even better! Bought this generator as a backup power source for our home in event of loss of power. Use of the machine is very straight forward. Having the 50A hookup is amazing to be able to power whole home from outside with the transfer switch. The dual fuel possibility is also extremely convenient. Would definitely recommend this product if looking for a generator for similar purchases.

Arrived today in excellent condition and two delivery guys were on time and helpful. Assembly was easy except for battery connection. Manual was inaccurate. New units have singular electrical coupling rather than terminals connections. Help center was cooperative and said manual is in revision.

I've dealt with extension cords all over the house to keep essential appliances running for several storms & it is so good to have this generator to power the essentials plus some nice to have things powered up! The remote start, electric start and dual fuel sure makes it a wonderful buy! They supplied everything too except fuel to get it up and going after I received it! Wonderful buy for me!!

I just bought this generator. It was very easy to assemble. The generator started up on gasoline easily the first time. It’s a powerful generator with great reliability reviews at a reasonable price. I am looking forward to many years of use from this generator.

I bought this thing thinking I could also run my kitchen stove and AC but the harmonic distortion is so bad those two house appliances will not work.. Power company have less than 5%. Having known that this device has a THD of up to 23% I would have bought a better generator

I last purchased a backup generator in 1999 for Y2K. I didn't use it for the end of earth that our techies worried about, but the regular power outages we get several times of year. Electronic start rarely worked, gas tank too small for a 7500 W unit, and the power was anything but clean. The WGen9500DF has the promised power, is easy to start with a pull, the electronic start/fob both work reliably in cold weather and the unit's gas tank easily get's me through the day as the fob allows me to start and stop unit without going outside. I install one of the 9500DF's at my brother's house a year ago and I helped him get it working on 3 fusels (natural gas, gasoline and propane) just a little extra work. The only thing I don't like is doing the wiring. It worked so well that I broke down and bought one for my own home.

Easy to assemble, was less then an hour to take out of box and get running. I have only used for about an hour at very low load but it worked great. Started multiple times and changed load. Will test more over the next couple of weeks but very happy so far. Did not use propane yet but hook up looks simple.
