We received our Westinghouse WGen9500DF a little over a week ago. I have tested both gas and propane and it works great. We love the dual fuel, but plan to use propane exclusively as emergency backup for the whole house. We also added a 125 lb. dedicated propane tank for longer runs. We like that we get to choose what we run throughout our whole house when the power goes out .There is not a better buy, with more added features than this Westinghouse WGen9500DF. This is truly a great portable generator!

Just delivered, box was split open on both sides. One of the vents on the rear of the generator was dented. Found small black pieces of plastic on the bottom of the inside of box. Other than that it looks good. Have to get some fresh gasoline and fill propane tank and get it running. I’ll update review later.

i bought this one month ago. I am a senior citizen. It was easy to move around on wheels. I started it up for the first time, and it started immediately. It was an easy push button start, no yanking a cord. No problems yet. I like the tri fuel option.

So we bought this to replace our Champion since we needed something a little bigger and able to run on propane. Was hoping to not need it any time soon--but a week after we got it and I got it setup we lost power. It handled our needs quite well but I still have some things to iron out regarding the propane and an icing issue (nothing to do with the generator itself). Even though it stalled after about 6 hours of running I am still very happy with the purchase..

Within a week of buying i got to test it out in a real world situation. Worked flawlessly to power my whole home. Ran my fridge, computers, furnace, garage, lights, etc. Nice design/layout, easy to get to the parts for any possible future replacement, a solid frame and good wheels. What more do you need.

Arrived very quickly. Very easy to move with wheels and lift handle for me and my wife. Lifts and moves like a 25lb item for a 200+ Generator. The battery came fully charged. This is our third generator and this is by far the best. Easy to register our new Generator online for warranty.

Unpacked and tried it with propane and it worked well powering a shop heater. Haven't tried loading it heavily yet since you need to run it for 5 hours before doing so. Hopefully the next time we have an outage it can keep the critical stuff running.

I purchased this for when we lose power at our home. After unboxing the generator, it was simple attaching the wheels and front mounts. It did arrive with a dead battery, happy to see that it comes with a trickle charger, but it did start easy enough with the pull cord. I look forward to using it in the future.

We needed a generator as we lose power a lot and for days at a time. Our electrician suggested this one and it seems great. Easy to set up and start and will provide us power for a whole house. A small caution that it is HEAVY. Even when wheeling around, it takes some effort and in the box movement requires several people.

I bought this generator a week ago. It arrived 3 days later and I immediately set it up. Took under an hour from unboxing to startup on LP gas. The next day, power dropped and this generator ran two 15K BTU air conditioners for four hours while waiting for power to be restored .
