Have only run this generator once since owning it. That is when I first got it back in June 21, 2024. It ran 15 minutes to make sure it works. Pulled it out today, July 13th and the generator won’t turn over. Battery is charge, tested with volt meter. Getting 12vdc to and out of solenoid for starter. Very disappointing. Have a 400lb paper weight.

Yes, it's a bit heavy but still very manageable. I live in Florida and keep it in the garage for hurricane emergencies. To get to the lanai (caged pool area) I bring it thru the house using 5" high portable curb ramps to get up over and down thresholds. Much easier than going thru the yard. Also had a 10 circuit transfer switch installed which will also power a portable a/c unit in master bedroom. Generator runs like a champ!

At this time I am only giving a 3 star. Due to the fact that I can not manually start it with the pull cable when using propane. It will start manualy with the pull cable on gasoline with more than usual effort, then I would expect. But it will start at least manually on gas. I would like to give it a 5 star rating, but I am concerned about it not starting on propane using the manual pull cable. I would expect something better new right out of a box. Even the excessive effort to start it manually on gasoline. It starts with the starter and with remote key, both on propane and on gasoline. It seems to run really good and holds a good heavy load, which I'm impressed, at least about holding a load.

I purchased the generator on the 08/25/2021 and it arrived at my home three days later it was dollied to my garage by two moving tech with no damage i love the remote start and shut also the plug in in for the battery charger and easy assembly added oil connected battery turned on fuel and choke started right up on gas and propane very happy with my purchase.

A weather event took out the power in the area I live. The power was out for 4 days. With this generator, a power cord, and a transfer switch I had installed, my wife and I were able to be comfortable and keep up most of our daily routine. I was able to run the blower on my gas furnace, the gas water heater, the dishwasher, washing machine, TV, lights, internet, and even the coffee maker. I was careful not to run multiple high current appliances at the same time, and I didn't run the clothes dryer or microwave (although possibly I could have run the microwave). We ran the generator on propane, and found that a 40 pound propane canister allowed us to run the generator from about 6 in the morning until 8 at night, with a little left over. You get less power output with propane, but there's no carburetor issues to worry about when you put the generator away. The only negative I will mention is that the generated power is too "dirty" for the UPS I use on my computer, internet router, and some other devices. This meant I had to unplug from the UPS and plug directly in the wall. I've heard it is possible to find UPS that are more tolerant of this, but they are expensive.

Very happy with my purchase. It came really fast with no delays. It has great features and I can’t wait to see how it does on a power outage.very good customer service department. And love the fact that you can use gas or propane makes it a big plus.

What a durable machine! My neighbor has one and swears by it. With all of the intense storms we seem to get in CT, and all of the times we have lost power, I felt it was time to get this generator! Right out of the box, you can tell it’s made with quality. It’s very durable and solid….I was recently informed that the underground wiring in our neighborhood is outdated and having lots of problems….I was told that until it can be replaced, we could lose power again and again…We lost power on Christmas morning and again on July 4th….We are ready this time!

Recently purchased as an upgrade to my iGen2200 to better power our whole house and while 7500 watts would have been suitable I was able to purchase this 9500 watt version around the same price so it was an easy decision. Just a great all around machine. Fuel options, power out options, starting options, monitoring options, etc. Heavy but moves easily with large wheels and a well placed handle. A bit louder that I expected, but typical of the breed, and wish there was an easier option for an exhaust extension for running inside the garage for security purposes and for the neighbors sake with the exhaust noise. No knock on the unit itself, just things I'd prefer. All in all I am very happy with this one.

This item has been a lifesaver. When I have lost power at my house due to all the storms that roll through the Panhandle I do not have to worry about not having the power to some to the day-to-day items when we have to ride out a storm. I am so glad I bought it. If anyone is thinking about getting this item you need to buy it you will not regret it.

The generator started well, did not have any problems supplying the house using Generlink equipment from my utility company, no problems. I am very satisfied with the machine, even if we do not require its services from power outages. I did my research and this was the best option for our service. Started well, ran well, supplied power well.
