I am impressed as to the details in the instructions and the items which came with it. Easy to follow instructions, battery charger, battery disconnect, oil, oil funnel, and a tool kit. I have started it, but have not used it yet as I am waiting for an electrician to hook it up. But, if the attention to details is an indication of the quality of construction, it should be good.

We purchased this generator prior to hurricane Beryl since our area is prone to outages during storms. To say we are happy with the product is an understatement! We had hooked up our fridge, deep freezer, fans, portable AC and a few other small electronics to get us through. We do plan on getting a switch on our house so we can hook this bad boy up and use it that way. Can't wait!

We bought this in January 2024 and used during a winter storm and in the spring during a thunderstorm outage. We had a power outage last week and the generator wouldn't start, then we jumped the battery with our car. Worked great for several hours then it just quit - plenty of fuel was in it. We are troubleshooting now. May change the overall rating if it is an easy fix. Frustrating since it worked so well earlier this year - brand new also!

I purchased this fuel generator, it starts with no problem, I love the remote starting fob. It's simple to switch between fuel sources. I love the fact that all electrical sockets are covered, this definitely will prevent any water or bug from going inside the sockets. I highly recommend this unit. Thanks, John

This Generator has so many Great Features. I love the remote start! This makes it so easy for my Wife to start it. Once I put the oil & Gas in it started the first time in seconds. It will run one of my Air Conditioners. I also love the fact that it has a handle to pull it around with the nice big wheels. I am very pleased with my investment!

This generator has all the features that I was looking for , and then some. I purchased this primarily as a stand by generator in case of power outages, of which we've had several in the past few years. First start up after assembly was perfect, fired right up with the remote. The engine is quieter than I had expected, actually quieter than my neighbor's Whole House Generac. So far I am extremely pleased with this unit and my son may be purchasing one for his home in the near future. Thanks for making such a great product at a very affordable price. 👍👍

We needed a replacement generator that provided more watts than what we had with our 15 year old one. Purchased the WGen9500DF so that we had the option of using propane or gas and could use a 50 amp cord to a transfer switch. Easy instructions to follow for assembly. Included everything you need - tools, oil, propane hose and battery charge cord. Unit is convenient to use with included remote or start button on front panel. Started with no problem on propane or gas and runs smooth. Changed the oil after running engine break-in period. Will be nice to be able to use the electric start feature. Looking forward to many years of use with this new generator. A couple things to note with the instructions: 1) At least twice in the instructions, "ECO MODE" is referred to. This model does NOT have "ECO MODE" and referring to it in the manual will probably confuse more than a few users. 2) The instructions and diagrams for draining the Carburetor for storage shows that there is a drain hole with a hose attached at the bottom of the carburetor. While that would be great and is actually on my iGen2200 inverter, it is NOT on this model. Only a screw that can be removed to drain the carburetor. Make sure you have a funnel under it to direct the gas to a proper container, otherwise it will be on the unit and the ground.

Very happy with this purchase. Bought it to supply my whole house with power during outages & it does exactly that. Runs my 3 ton central air and well pump with ease, although I’m considering a soft start for the a/c compressor since it bogs the generator a split second when it cycles on. In fairness though, it is very brief & the gen recovers almost immediately. I really like that it runs on gas or propane which makes it way more convenient depending on my circumstances at the time. As a bonus, I can use it to power the camper when we’re boon docking it. Highly recommended.

I've had my 9500df for about a week now and keep it bolted in the bed of my truck for mobile power. I use it for everything from welding to camping to running tools and equipment anywhere I need and its smooth as butter even running the welder off of 240v 50a. I love this little machine!

I placed the order of the WGen9500 and it arrived few days later. The generator is 90% assemble. Only have to install the two wheels/legs and add the oil. I don't want to lift the generator around my house so I installed four wheels on it so i can move the generator with ease.
