I bought this generator about a month ago and it was easy to set up and once I completed the oil and gas. It started right up with no problems. I was also supprised at how fast I recieved it, they must have shipped it that Saturday that I ordered it. As I remember it was less than a week, something like 4 or 5 days. Also it isn't as loud as my old generator and my old one is a lot smaller. I was pleased with the noise level.

Before I bought this Westinghouse generator, I compared it to comparable generators from other manufacturers. The WGen9500TFc was the standout with its higher running amps, the 50A outlet that could be used to connect into my home's electrical panel, and the push button start, which worked perfectly when I started the unit. Very happy I bought this generator.

I purchased this generator a couple of weeks ago due to the more frequent power outages in our area due to power safety shut offs. It is replacing a much smaller generator that we used during the occasional outage. The generator was easy to set up. It is a little heavy when putting the wheels on but not a big deal. Followed the start up directions and it fired right up on the first push of the button. We had an electrician install a 10 circuit transfer switch today and again the generator started up easily and powered most of the house. We have all circuits in our home connected with the exception of our A/C unit and washer/dryer. The whole delivery process and attention to detail with packaging was excellent. We chose this generator due to the size, electric start up with remote and the emergency pull start. Of course it is louder than our smaller generator but very tolerable sound level.

Arrived in great condition. Setup by myself took max. 30 minutes. Startup on 2nd try. Runs quiet compared to my last generator. Powered AC, 2 refrigerators, TV, Lights, 2 Computers & a Ipad. Quality built, easy to move around. Highly recommend this unit!

Generator came nicely packed in a box with no damage. Unpacking and setting up the generator was very easy and the directions and user manual is very good and easy to understand. After set up the generator started right up and ran good. The generator looks really well built. With 9500 running watts I'm ready for the next power outage, very happy with this generator would recommend this generator to anyone looking to buy a generator.

Purxlchased 5 weeks ago after doing a lot of research and found Westinghouse to be the best choice. The remote start, duel duel to be a great option. You can't go wrong with this unit. Its fired right up everytime we've tested it. You can just see the quality in it. No regrets at all. My son ended up buyinf the Wgen15000DF he was so impressed.

Took less than 15 minutes to unbox, attach wheels, and add oil. I wanted to see if it would start off the pull start without using the electric start. Easy pull and started within 3 or 4 pull. Electric start is a great feature along with the dual fuel option. Anxious to see how much of the house this unit will power.

This purchase is my second 9500DF. I purchased my first one a year ago and could not be more pleased. I run it on Propane. My neighbor had purchased another brand of the same size generator and was very unhappy with it. It would never start. After he saw how reliably the 9500DF started he sold his and purchased a 9500DF. Ed

I bought this before the hurricane season started and boy am I glad I did! I was a little reluctant to purchase this size because of the weight and bulkiness. Westinghouse scored on this production as they thought of most every detail before producing.

Motor stopped running after a few hours of use ( oil and gas are fine , thanks). Will not restart , and the “emergency recoil starter “ cord will not pull at all . Control panel lights indicate CO detected but the unit was running out doors with no obstructions. Support for this unit is very sub-par . Do NOT waste your money on the WGen9500.
