After much research on portable generators, I purchased the WGen9500DFc to keep the necessary house systems (well, septage pump, refrigerators, etc...) running due to power outages in the PNW. Very happy with the purchase. The set-up was very easy and using the FOB to start the generator is simple enough that my wife can get the generator up and running when I am not around. Overall very pleased with the purchase at a great price.

I found the generator to be well packaged and undamaged. The little bit of assembly was easy using the supplied instruction manual and, once completed, the generator started right up. This generator manual is well formatted, easy to follow, and complete. The unpacking, contents, and assembly instructions are great. I bought this generator for emergency use based on the outstanding reviews and having all the features that I need, Gil fuel makes it great for hurricane season as I can store propane for unexpected emergencies and stock up on gas for hurricane emergencies I have received and ran this generator. It was super easy to set up and super easy to start With a remote control I ran it off of propane and had no problems just a piece of man for those times that you lose power

Bought this a couple days ago, went to start it today after filling oil, and fuel; and the gen wont turn over. Pull start is also stuck which means crank is seized on a brand new unit! Seems like someone failed to test this unit in the factory before shipping.

After many hours of research, I ordered the Westinghouse model WGN 9500 DFC. I followed instructions getting ready to start. It started right up and everything worked OK. Every time I have started it it has worked very good, and I feel ready now for any power outage that might happen. I would recommend the Westinghouse model WGN 9500 DFC do anyone needing a generator to power anything 9500 W or less

Unit started right up on propane. I had to wiggle the wheels into place since the generator frame was severely bent upon delivery. Also had to re-attach some parts since they fell off in delivery. Unit was surprisingly quite than I would have expected.

We haven't had to use this yet but it came highly recommended by coworkers of my husband. He looked at a lot of generators and is a mechanic and decided on this one. Started up great. We hope we don't have to put it to too much use but are relieved to have it if needed.

I bought this mainly for my 40ft 5th wheel. 50amp service with 2 ac units. This generator handles it all with no problem. Came boxed up up nice and in great condition. Simple to get running and all the items necessary to do so. Fired right up. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this unit. After extensive research and now After having hands on experience...this is the one to get. I recommend this same one to my father and he bought one to run his whole house during emergencies. He too is very satisfied.

Straight forward instructions, easy set up, and perfect first run. Running on propane to avoid the card issues. Initial run worked like a champ. We're set for outages and I feel like my family will be cared for, in part due to this piece of equipment.
