I purchased this generator to provide power to my house during power outages. I have not hooked it up to the house yet but I did "break it in" as recommended by the manual. The break in period is five hours and the generator ran six hours on the 2 gallons of clear fuel I put in the fuel tank. The noise level is what I expected, tolerable with the machine 10 feet from the house when I'm inside. It's the real deal and seems very capable of doing its job. Everything looks to be very solid and well built and ran like a racehorse right out of the box after assembly; started up on the first crank with the electric start powered by a fully charged battery that was included. Its a great machine and I am confident that I made a good purchase that wont let me down.

My son-in-law purchased this the WGen9500DF last year. Impressive performance. The installation instructions were VERY easy to follow. Unboxing, installing the wheels, and adding oil was under 30 mins. I ran it for 3 hours, changed the oil and then connected it to my home transfer switch. The true test is how many circuit breakers I can turn on in the house. I ran everything except the dishwasher and A/C. The generator can take a heavy load. I highly recommend this product.

We received our generator this morning and right away we unpacked it and started it up after reading all the instructions. The size is very compact for the amount of power that it generates. The set up was easy and it runs great. So far so good. We will see how it stands up to a cold winter.

Arrived undamaged. I have ran this for about 5hrs now with no issues. The remote start works from inside the house. I have installed a Trans pro 2 50amp in the basement with 10 Breakers to power 10 circuits. The advantage to portable for me is I can load it up and use it anywhere I need. I also purchased the Gentent so I wouldn't need to worry about running it in any type of weather. I will attach pictures on an updated review.

I purchased this generator a few weeks ago. Received and it was well packaged with everything needed to get started. Started right up using propane, as that's how I'm primarily going to run it. This will definitely run everything needed in my home during a power failure.

after several outages and having to borrow a generator in order to keep the heat on I was able to get this generator after the fact and have not had a power outage since. I played around with the gen when i finally received it . I put some gas in it and it started right up how ever after it sat for two years with gas in it I put stabilizer in the tank but the carb was fouled, luckily the gen has alternate fuel in the way of propane and i was able to start it with the propane and we were ready to go so the carb is toast but they are not expensive

I live in florida and iis almost a necessity that you have a generater, We looked and debated about several but this generated seemed to be the best deal for everything it has. We tested it out several weeks ago and it handled all the appliances and tv perfect. we feel alot better about loosing electric after a hurricane hits or even a bad storm.

Just received the generator. I've been wanting one that would handle all my needs at home. I have never needed one but as I've been getting older, the peace of mind is what i want if the power does go out. I don't plan on putting in fuel or oil until i need it. I will lube it every 6 months per manufacture recommendations. This generator does definitely look likes its well built and will hold up. Very happy with my purchase.

We purchased for a back up generator. It arrived on time the directions were clear and to the point. I setup the unit and followed the provided directions had it up and running in about 30 minutes. Very nice unit I would recommend to other home owners. Would purchase again.

I have had this for 2 years. Before last night wild have given it 5 stars. Power went out, cranked it up abs worked great....for about 5 hours. Now 7 hours later, it has died 3 times... when it runs, the unit intermittently generates electricity. 38 degrees outside....53 in my house because my "great" generator used 6 to 8 times camping, is not doing it's job, the first time it was a necessity. I can't even run my coffee maker. It is frustrating and my household......8 including a pregnant woman and a 10 month old....are cold.....NOT HAPPY
