I bought this generator six months ago after watching so many videos and doing lots of research. I am so glad that I opted for this one because it’s so easy to setup and install and it’s very well labeled. The instructions were so simple and easy to follow, I got it ready to go with minimal effort. I definitely recommend this product for its simplicity to install and its efficiency. Definitely recommend with the kind of weather that we have here in south Texas, the peace of mind that it comes with knowing that you can have power when you need it most. I was able to test it out and ran my AC, refrigerator and main living room that has the WiFi router and TV for the news.

I bought this generator because of its tri fuel feature . we loose power frequently during storms. i love not having to worry about running out of gasoline , i just plug into my natural gas line. set up was super easy and it started right up with out any issues. it easly powers two refridgerators, an upright freezer and a sump pump.everything on the generator looks and feels solidly constructed.

Purchased this for the ease of being able to use propane and gas. Item was well packaged and it was easy to assemble the feet and wheels. Everything you need to get started is included. Item is very heavy but with the pull up bar and the wheels moving the generator was a breeze. After connecting the battery adding oil and hooking up my propane with the included hose, the generator started right up. Very happy with this purchase.

I just purchased this product and have not had a chance to run it yet. However during assembly, installing the feet to the frame one of the welded bolts were not aligned properly with the hole on the frame. I had to screw the bolt in from the back side, and bore out the hole a bit on the frame. This allowed me to bolt it from the feet mounting side, however it did strip the bold a bit. Besides that the overall quality looks good.

I purchased this unit as a portable backup generator for my house. Just finished installing it. Nice unit. Minor quality issue however. I was unable to fully attach the feet to the unit due to a misalignment of the nut welded onto the frame. Not a major issue, just annoying. It fired up right away. I especially like the remote start feature. Can't say that I'm looking forward to using it because that means we have a power outage. Looking forward to using it for remote outdoor events.

I bought this 33 days ago and I am very pleased at the way this unit runs and produces electricity. It takes about an 1 hour to get the unit up and running. It is very easy to put it together. The unit is very well built. I am very please that I purchased this unit. Never again will I be in the DARK. With no internet (work via internet). Thanks to Westinghouse.

Bought this unit to supply power to essential appliances in case of power failure for extended periods and to power the camper when using it off grid. Everything seems to be working fine for now, however I have not tested this product extensively or for prolonged periods of time. So far I am pleased with this product.

As a Florida Gulf Coast resident, reliable alternate power is extremely important. My generator arrived in excellent condition, with no external or concealed damage. It was well packaged and all parts were included. It is heavy for an old guy, but I was able to assemble it without much trouble. I hooked it up to propane and it started on the first attempt with the remote. My hope is that, except for routine maintenance, I never have to start it again.

This is a strong well built generator that was so simple to take out of the box and fire up. We endured the freeze and power grid failure in Texas in February 2021 and I will not worry about my home being damaged and my family being at risk during the next catastrophic event.

I bought this during a bad winter storm. We had just lost power for the second time during this storm. And was worried we may not see power for 3-4 days. I already had an existing 50 amp circuit on the outside of the house, so we utilized that with this generator. Although I currently have issues, customer service has been a rockstar in helping me get through the diagnosis. They are even sending me the parts to fix it, since I’m afraid to send it to the local repair facility during all these storms we are having. This unit has a Three year warranty which is very nice to have since some other generators only have a 1 yr warranty. Best part about his generator is, being able to start it and shut it off from the luxury of my own bed via remote control. Only downside is a 20lb propane tank will only run 3-4 hours because of the cold temperatures we are having. (Propane tank freezes) Recommend at least a 120 gallon pup tank in winter time. A Full gas tank gets me about 10 - 11 hrs of average run time, in my situation.
