Have been wanting one of these for along time. Received it as a gift. I live in the country and occasionally we have power outages that last for a couple of days. This lets me set the generator up in the late evening and let it run all night. Others I looked at didn't have this long of a run time.

Our power goes out several times a year, one November for four days. Our barn is 1/8 mile from the house, and has no electricity. This generator solved both of those issues. This machine is capable of powering the entire house, and can run a BIG welder if needed. The Dual-Fuel capability is nice, since we can run it on gas OR propane. It's a bit loud, but not unbearable. I wouldn't want to camp next to it, but it's fine for home use. It comes complete, with a battery and a wheel kit. (Harbor Freight generators have neither.) It took about 5 minutes to assemble the wheels, attach the battery, add some gas, and have it running. The remote was a pleasant surprise! You can set it up with a battery charger, and if your power fails, you push a remote button, and it fires right up. I'm quite happy with this generator. I can use lights and tools in my barn, and don't have to worry about power loss in the house any more.

I just received my Dual-Fuel W9500 Watt generator. The packaging was good and it was easy to assemble. Will have an electrician install an outlet and manual transfer switch to the electrical box this weekend and then run a load test... so far so good. I will leave another review once I get it operational and load test appliances and AC in the house. Very happy to have the piece of mind my family won't be left in the dark and cold again during TX winters or be left suffocating in the heat should Houston lose power for an extended period during a hurricane. Best insurance policy I have ever bought!! Will upgrade from 4 to 5 stars once everything is powered up!!

I did a lot of comparison with other brands and decided on this generator based on the features and price point. It was nice to get the hoses for natural gas and propane included on the package. This is transfer switch ready, and also have additional power outlets available. Note that even with the wheels, this generator is a little on the heavy side. This would be a great generator for your work shop or around the house/garage. Overall a great product.

Just brought it home went through the setup, instructions. Rolled it out of the garage and it would not start. Back in to figure it out; had spark no fuel so I manually set the choke and with the spark plug removed pulled the recoil start about 4 times. Put it back together and rolled it back out of the garage. It started right up and is going through its first 5 hour run with 4500 max load.

I haven't used it yet and might not for some time, but the overall appearance, durability, and design of the generator looks great. It was also very easy to put on the feet and wheels. I also like that you get a good wrench and spark plug wrench in a case to use on the generator, my only suggestion is to maybe have a little attachable caddy to hold the case do it won't get separated and lost.

This generator replaced a smaller generator I had for 8 years but suffered catastrophic engine failure. This machine is heavily constructed with a welded all tubular frame, 457 cc duel fuel engine, and 12500 peak watts. The machine came with standard 3/8 propane hookup which I attached my quick connect hose within minutes. A total of 45 minutes to unbox, add oil( comes with 4cycle oil), attach wheels, and hook up battery and propane hose. Once I attached to propane tank I pressed the start button on control panel and on 3rd crank the unit started humming. It is a beautiful machine, solid construction, and generous paperwork for instructions and replacement parts. Nothing was missing from the box nothing damaged. I can't wait for the next power failure.

Overall very happy with purchase, have not had to use yet but set up was pretty easy although it was a little glitchy with the remote start set up and we had to call for tech support. We followed the directions on the manual but it needed to charge for a while.

Just had my WGen9500 delivered. Super easy setup. I love the electric start. This thing is running my electric hot water heater, two refrigerators, our entire entertainment center, and multiple lights. I'm sure we've got power to spare, too. I love it so far!

We have frequent power outages during storms up here in alasks. I was just running a small 2000 watt generator it was not enuff to keep the whole house running. This has plenty of power to run the whole house. I haven't tried the jucuzzi jets and probably won't. I been just running it on propain. I dont want to put gas in it becouse I don't know how long it will sit between outages. Highly recommend
