I bought it a month ago and it's already been part of our family. We have power issues in the area and the generator serves well for the purpose. The best feature I like is the remote started with the keyfobe. Works well and will recomend others who look for a portable generator!

I cannot rate the performance of generator as I have not yet fired it up and tested however, the ease of set up was amazing. I am a single woman and was able to follow the instructions and get wheels and base installed in a matter of 10 minutes. I will be firing it up tomorrow to see how it actually works, but was pleasantly surprised that I was able to set up on my own. Living in south florida and with the predictions of upcoming hurricane season, I wanted a backup generator to my generator. Now I have two in my garage and hopefully never have to use either, but it’s definitely peace of mind.

Upon delivery, I immediately unpacked and prep generator. I ran it on propane to begin with, then connected to natural gas, both times started and ran flawlessly. Connected to my home with the 50 amp outlet and slowly applied load. Ran everything in the house, including my air conditioner. Finally prepared for the storms that may come. Very happy with my purchase!

Bought this in prep. for hurricane season. Unit came 99% ready to go - putting on the wheels and feet were a breeze! So far, I have only done the initial start up, but was able to plug it into my 220V, and do a "dry run" of it. It was able to power up one of my central A/C units with no problem (the smaller of the two), and I also hooked up some of my essentials (fridges, t.v., a few lights/power outlets). The noise isnt as bad as I thought it would be. At this running wattage - it is what it is. This this looks like it will easily handle any hurricane that comes our way - and I am not expecting us to be out cold for a week, here in Texas again, like we were earlier this year!

Bought this to replace an older one because of the electric start feature. The older one had a pull start and is was hard for me to get it started. The only issue so far was putting on 2 feet on. Was very hard getting the bolts to thread the bolts. Had to use starter fluid to get it running for the first time, not a big deal.

I bought this generator after using the 5300 to run our house after hurricane Laura. Other than initial setup and run I haven't loaded it down yet, but initial setup and run was butter and can't wait to use it for the house. This made a lot more sense than a fixed house generator for a fraction of the cost.

The engine of the WGen9500DFc starts incredibly smoothly, far exceeding my expectations. Additionally, the noise level is much lower than I anticipated, which is a pleasant surprise. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this product and highly recommend it.

Generator starts right up and produces a constant steady voltage. Handles surges with ease. Hats off to Westinghouse. I highly recommend this generator. Ran it on gas for its break in period. Next start up will be on propane. Can't go wrong with a multi fuel product.

i am a little unsatisfied, as of right now the generator seems to be fine but i did just get it, i can right a more honest review in a couple of years which is why i purchased it in the first place, i purchased it because it has 21,000 5 star reviews and now i see why, they offer you a cover for a review so i can't trust all these reviews as honest reviews /?/?
