What can I say? Set up was easy and straightforward, the generator started and delivered power right away (with No call to tech support) and, it arrived with NO missing pieces and in excellent condition. It is solidly built and I estimate it will serve my needs well.

Easy Assembly. About 15 minutes to unbox, read instructions, install wheels, front rubber feet, plugin battery, pour oil in the engine, fuel up and started with one push of the button. Well built heavy generator, but with sturdy fold away handle and wheels it can be moved by one person. It runs well and is easy to operate. Runs on gasoline or propane. I have only used propane so far as there are no storage issues with it. And it burns cleaner with no dirty carb issues etc. Thanks for a great machine

Just brought it home went through the setup, instructions. Rolled it out of the garage and it would not start. Back in to figure it out; had spark no fuel so I manually set the choke and with the spark plug removed pulled the recoil start about 4 times. Put it back together and rolled it back out of the garage. It started right up and is going through its first 5 hour run with 4500 max load.

only had the generator for a couple weeks, but she fired right up no problems, did a break in period with it using propane so I wouldn't have gas left in it during storage, I really like the dual fuel system since i always have propane around the property and can easily use the generator during an unexpected outage.

Purchased the wGen9500DF for backup power when the power is out. I have a 6 circuit transfer switch that provides electricity to the critical items in the house, refrigerators, cooler, and other circuit's .I'm using propane in the unit, it starts easy and works great, it transports easily with the provided wheels and folding handle.

I bought this generator as a backup for my home during Hurricane Season. The ease of set-up and noticeable quality was evident. It started instantly using both gas and propane using the electric start. I hope I never have to use this, but I know it will be ready for me

I bought this generator a month ago. I have started it using natural gas and regular gasoline and it started right up each time. Assembling the required parts was easy however the unit is heavy so it takes some effort if you're doing it alone. Reading the directions prior to starting the unit the first time is a must to ensure the proper sequence is followed. I have placed it under a small load so far and it handled the load effortlessly and it is relatively quiet. Over all I am pleased with the product.

Purchased generator to provide power to the house through a 50 amp service in case of outage. Followed assembly and setup instructions. Hooked up to a propane tank to test until I get the natural gas hookup completed. The generator fired up on the first try and ran smooth. Very happy so far, just need to finish the break in period before use

I just got this generator in and after unboxing it I read through the owners manual and was amazed at how well it was written and good illustrations, very little work needed to finish assembling the generator. After adding oil and gas and checking the battery for a charge i hit the starter and after a couple of cranks it started right up and powered up the fans I was using to check for power drain. This generator is well made and user friendly no complaints from my end.

We bought this generator because of its dual-fuel feature and it provides enough power for the whole house. The generator was very easy to assemble and the User Manual is thorough. The generator started easily; can't wait to use it during our next power outage.
