It's nice that it comes with the wheels as many don't. Easy setup in about 15 minutes from cutting open the box. Has the power to run most of the circuits in my house when the power is out, the important one anyway. I haven't actually had to use it yet but it ran good for my tests and started up immediately by remote. I wish it came with a cover. The registration card says you get one free by leaving a review but apparently Westinghouse didn't stock enough of them.

I recently purchased a portable generator, and I must say, it has been an absolute game-changer! I searched 100s of generators and I'm happy with the choice I made. Assembly 7 mins. Started first try using my beautiful remote. It's also a lot quieter than I expected. It's not like a loud noise but like a fine piece of machinery running :) I purchased this to run my DJ equipment and I needed the right power to weight ratio BAM!

Recently bought this Generator. Fired up no problem on propane, but with gas it wouldn't start. I read some forums online of the float in the solenoid that's mounted to the bottom of the carburetor getting stuck preventing it from starting. I took it off, sure enough it was stuck. Freed it up with some carb cleaner, re-assembled it and it started right up.

Assembly was pretty easy. Oil provided was not enough to come up to proper level. Added & got to proper level. Not totally sure about bounded Nuetral but disconnected because I am using cord (14-30R), per instructions. Initial start hesitated due to battery not being fully charged. Once plugged charger in, started right up. Let it warm up then plugged in garage air compressor to put under load on each plug. Sounds quieter than expected and believe this is a good quality purchase.

Took me about 15 minutes to put the wheels on make all the connections. No problem at all doing if by myself. Put the oil in, hooked it up to propane and it fired right up. I was expecting it to be loud but it wasn't near as loud as my old generator so that was great. I don't know if I'll use the remote but I was very impressed with how far away from the generator I could be and have the remote start and stop it. Overall I'm very pleased.

Just purchased and set up, directions were easy to follow which made it a snap. Even setting up the remote fob easy to do and everything worked from the first push of the button. I plugged in my shop vac and it didn't skip a beat, I then plugged in vac/shredder and vacuumed up the remaining fall leaves. We are currently renting so I won't be adding a transfer box until we are in our own home. Out of the box this is a great product, hopefully after some general use it will remain the same.

Originally looked at permanent stand by generator but unit cost and installation was almost 7 times more than this solution and I dont have a big ugly box sitting outside my house. After having an electrian do the house setup, I simply pull the WGen 9500 out of the garage, plug it into the transfer switch outlet box on the side of the house and we are good to go with stand by power for all the essential circuits. when power is restored, Just roll it back in the garage. Way cheaper-way better solution to occasional power outages.

This generator will power all of the critical circuits in my whole house. What piece of mind. This generator is well built and the user manual is well written and complete with parts break down and schematics. For a retired electronics technician, this is great. I highly recommend this generator.

Had some issues initially getting started with gas. Started with propane then switched to gas and now it starts fine. Tested it out and it will power everything needed in case of electrical outage. The only question is durability/longevity, but so far so good.
