I am so happy to have the opportunity to purchase this generator. I have home and family that deserve the best when natural disasters and storms hit and the power goes out. This unit is my preventive act to the unknown. It has found its home and when and if called upon will do its job. Well worth the investment for my family

I lost power at my house and it took 2 days to have it fixed. I saw this Generator and bought it. As soon as I got it home and put together, the power was out again. I put gas in it and fired up on the first pull, worked great, ran my entire house with no problems at all.

Initial setup was simple and it fired right up. However the oil shipped with it wasn't enough to bring it into operating range. The bottle said it was, maybe the bottle wasn't full. Dual fuel is a great option. Looking forward to its simplicity during the next extended power outage.

I bought this unit in December and this has everything I need to keep my house power up when we have a black out. there was no problem putting it together and it had everything (the oil, tools ) Works great I use the 30 AMP outlet and it powers the house heating and well plus the frige and some lights

My first Westinghouse generator and this one was super easy to set up with clear instructions and pictures. It started right up by the push of a button, and another great feature, a remote start up! Very convenient. Luckily we haven't had a power outage but this machine will fire up my whole house. Definitely a well made generator, an excellent price point, and peace of mind. I highly recommend this product.

This generator was easy to set up and get running. It is able to run my entire house and now I have peace of mind for hurricane season. So easy to set up even my wife and kids have it down and the remote start is even better so they don't have to go in the elements.

The manual is very informative about scheduled maintenance and how to troubleshoot in case of any issues. I highly recommend this generator!

I bought this generator a little over a month ago, power went out in my moms house attempted to use it for the first time and motor was locked, power cord did not let me pull it, as well as the push to start option did not work. Followed all instructions of manual. Been trying to use the warranty for over a month but still have not been assisted with getting generator fix/replaced!

Just received my 9500DF generator today, and it works like a champ! Initial startup took two tries, oil needed to circulate, but it cranked right up on the first attempt after that. The construction of this unit is very tough and is perfect for my construction site power.

I bought this to replace an older, smaller unit that broke down due to lack of oil. This unit is smaller in size, yet has more than twice the output. Thankfully I haven't needed to use it yet, but the electric start is so easy and the dual fuel feature is great for longer outages. Most importantly, it has auto-shutdown if the oil level runs low, as well as runtime meter to remind me when to perform maintenance.
