This 9500 dual fuel is as expected. Delivered to the door. Box was a bit rough but everything was there and in good shape. Easy to assemble. Oil was included. Used a funnel to add fuel. A few cranks to start and runs smoothly. Only tried 110 so far, still in break-in period. Happy with the purchase.

Very easy to assemble, just two leg supports and two wheels. Tools for assembly and light maintenance supplied. Oil and funnel supplied also. Everything you need to set up to run. Very good quality overall. Remote start fob. Good instructions. I am preforming the break in period by powering my clothes dryer. No problems at all. The only thing that kept me from a 5 star rating, is that it seems a little loud. I do intend to put a small shelter around it to protect it from the elements and this will probably mitigate the noise level.

bought generator after a bad storm left us powerless. We lose power quite often in our area so i thought it was time to get a generator that could power the whole house. I purchased this 9500 DF at the recommendation of our electrician. It has been a lifesaver in more than five hurricanes running smoothly every time. it ran a 3 1/2 ton HVAC. And two freezers and an espresso machine without skipping a beat. Amazingly, after hurricane Helene, She was found 3 feet underwater salt water.!!! We were panic, stricken, as that was our only power source for the foreseeable 5 to 6 days! Amazingly, we cleared out the air intake the carburetor and drained all the salt water from the muffler spring anti-corrosive spray throughout the machine. She ran there after for six days with hurricane Helene and is still running today as I write this with hurricane Milton damage. The to the machine has been the corrosion of saltwater on the wiring, and we have been able to splice fresh wiring and keep her running. We will purchase West gen Generators for all of our properties, They are built bulletproof! Only thing I would changes and recommend is putting marine grade wiring for saltwater environments, but other than that, kudos to the people in the factory that built these!

I bought this generator because the first one I had wasn’t cutting it I needed something with more power and this one definitely for the bill. I’m more than pleased with the performance and overall abilities of the WGen9500DF. Having a key fob is pretty doggone cool too!

I setup my generator today and it's so easy. The product came with a natural gas and propane hose, plus oil and funnel. Easy startup guide, I was probably done and running the generator in 10 minutes. We bought this to power our 2000sqft home. It worked wonderfully and it even could handle the 4 ton ac starting up on natural gas!

We bought this generator because we frequently lose power during winter. It's sturdy, easy to use, powerful enough to allow us to use a refrigerator, lights, internet, etc. I love the dual fuel option, because it ensures we have an alternative if we run out of gasoline.

bought this WGEN9500DF Generator to replace a B&S generator, which "died" with only 100 hours of use. In my country, Venezuela, light and prolonged crots are frequent, which requires a Generator. The WGEN9500 ​​complies with everything I required it to power my house, including a hydropneumatic pump.

We bought this after enduring 3 1/2 days without power 3 weeks ago and so we have not had a chance to use it for a power outage yet. However, it was nicely packaged, easy to assemble, and it started up quickly using the electric push start, remote start and the manual pull. We especially like the 30amp twist lock and 50amp circuits, the remote start and the data display. We also like the fact that it charges the battery as it is running. So far we are very happy with the purchase.

Based on our current use we would (and have) recommended this generator to friends. It is (so far) very solid and meets our current needs. We will provide an update to the review after our power is restored and the first real use of the generator is complete.
