We bought this after a hurricane wiped our electricity out for 9 days and our old champion died. Decided we wanted a heavy duty generator with all the options. My husband loved the tri-fuel options and the easy start up features. We have yet to put it to the test but it's ready for this week since we have another hurricane coming. We're confident in this generator. Putting it together was easy, put the wheels on, oil in and ready to go. I like that I can start it up alone too.

I recently purchased this generator for home backup after losing power from a storm. So far the only thing I’ve done with it is run it for the break in period, but everything worked flawlessly so far. I really like the push button and remote start. It is a little bit loud, but it’s a larger portable generator so I expected that. I don’t want to lose power again but I feel much more prepared having this generator.

Just received. Was so happy how easy set up was and it came with oil,propane hose a tool kit and a hand book that was so easy to follow start up was so easy being its push button. The key fob also works great. So much power this generation easly runs my whole house with power to spare only used for a few hours but so far so good very happy with my purchase.

I happened to make the purchase literally a week before a storm hit Houston and I subsequently lost power. I was able to very quickly set this up and get the essentials up and running. Working off natural gas, I've been running my large fridge, internet modem, tv, work essentials, and a 9000 BTU portable air conditioner. Did my first oil change after 25 hours (took a literal 5 minutes) and everything has been running incredibly smoothly. Highly recommend.

Picked this up recently and is so much better than our old generator! 50A is just about perfect to keep our all electric house running during an outage. Electric start is a great bonus. Plan on keeping it outside near the utility provided automatic transfer switch so all we have to do is use the remote start. Great product!

I bought this generator in January of 2021. I needed it twice since then, the first time no issues at all, the second time I couldn't get it to start. It could be me but when trying to start it the battery died.... when it did work it did power up my entire home. Guess I need to read up on keeping this item at the ready for when it's needed.

I purchased this generator online through the Home Depot. It arrived within 3 days. Unlike some other generators, this one came complete with lubricant, funnel, propane line, and a battery tender. The instructions made it easy to put together and it fired right up. Can’t wait to use it!

We bought this generator after a long power outage this winter, to be ready for the next time. Setup is super simple and the documentation is very good. The overall design is very good as well, and I really like the fact that it will run on either gas or propane with a very easy switch between the two. I have run it for a while with no or a small load, and it is quite sensitive to CO emissions, i.e. doesn't like to be next to a wall or in an open front shed. I guess this is a good thing for safety, but it may take some experimenting to find the optimum place to locate your generator's in-use location. We are very happy with our purchase!
