I am impressed as to the details in the instructions and the items which came with it. Easy to follow instructions, battery charger, battery disconnect, oil, oil funnel, and a tool kit. I have started it, but have not used it yet as I am waiting for an electrician to hook it up. But, if the attention to details is an indication of the quality of construction, it should be good.

I bought this generator about a month ago for our food trailer, and with the winter storm here on Texas last week, boy am I sure glad we did! It saved all of our fridges and freezers and kept our food trailer warm so no problems from freezing water! It started right up on the first try from day one! I’ve already recommend this generator to several people, and would buy another one if we needed it.

My generator was just delivered. We recently built on land and I have been concerned about outages. Having this generator has given me great peace of mind in the event of an outage. I ordered on line ( new for me for such a large purchase). It took less than two weeks to get here and was delivered at the agreed upon time. It is super easy to use and very versatile, as it uses three types of fuel. It heats my whole house when needed. It is also quieter than many other generators we looked at, a feature we had previously not known to consider. All in all, a great product.

The Generator exceeds my expectations and is really mobile for the power it delivers. I own a small mobile food service company and we need to make coffee, and fry our pasteries. This generator gets it all done! Switching from LPG to gasoline is simple as can be and the instructions are very clear. 5 stars.

I recently purchased this generator so I cannot speak to its longevity however initial product quality seems excellent. Packaging was tight and the unit started up within the first two pulls. Additionally I went on to test it with electric start as well. Finally I did test briefly the electric loads which seem all to be appropriate. I am sure this will be an excellent performing generator for the future storms to come. Thanks for an excellent product.

I just purchased the unit. It was easy to get the wheels on, the oil in, and to understand how to start it. It took two attempts to start it. This is understandable considering it was the first time it had gas in the system. I shut it off, restarted a few times. It started right up, no problem each time. I then used it to run an angle grinder for a while. Everything was working great. I think this is a good piece of equipment.

We had an older Champion Generator. This thing BLOWS THAT ONE AWAY! From the push button start, to the no need to mess with a choke, to the onboard control center, everything is easy and intuitive! Machine runs strong and powered everything we needed it to in the house! A MUST buy!

A tornado followed by a derecho—and a week-long power outage convinced me the farm needs to be ready “the next time.” My WGen 9500DF gives me the confidence that now, I’m ready. Ruggedly built, easily understood operating and safety procedures are very clear in the instruction manual. I intend to purchase and an optional ST switch.

We searched on the internet and we thought that this model had the most competitive price for the features offered. It is very convenient to be able to use either propane gas or gasoline to power the generator. The service was also good and the product arrived when it was promised.
