I've only had this generator for a few days and have used it consistently for power outage. connected several appliances and seems that it doesn't effect it's function at all. I ran refrigerator, tv, several lights and 3 portable heaters trying to keep in mind to watch how much wattage i'm using. I am thus far very pleased with this generator and would recommend to purchase.

Easy set up. Came a little later than the original shipping date and I was angry about that. Overall I'm satisfied with the product. I am currently in the break in stage with it and getting it registered for warranty. I have tried both the propane and gas at this time to be sure they would work. I would recommend buying this product unless you need it immediately. Don't buy this product if you are in a hurry for it.

I purchased this generator as a portable, whole home backup whenever we lose power. The user manual was very easy to read and understand, and after adding oil, gas, and following the start instructions, I had a full functional machine! I am looking forward to the first Midwest ice storm this winter that knocks out the power!

Had my WGen9500dfc for about 18 months. Never had to use it for emergency. Tested it periodically and never had an issue. Tested it ahead of HELENE and it didn’t start. A week later I’m emailing with the support folks. Was told the run/stop switch needs to be replaced. Hope that does the trick. Not feeling confident that my family can rely on it in a pinch now.

This generator is feature rich and more than capable to keep you powered during a power outage. Assembly was quick and easy and my generator started up right away (on propane) with a simple push of the remote control button. I'd definitely recommend this model to most people. I wish they used a plastic fuel tank because that's my only concern - will the steel tank eventually rust? But no issues so far.

As a Florida resident, one could argue that having a generator is a necessity. I had been looking for something powerful enough to run most of my home but not break the bank. The added flexibility of using propane and gasoline just made the decision easier. The 2022 hurricane season is upon us and like insurance, I hope it’s rare that I need this but I’ll be grateful I have it.

I purchased this generator for back up in a power outage. It's easy to start and I love that I have 3 fuel options. Had an electrician install an outlet at breaker box for easy hook up. Great generator for the price. Looking forward to receiving generator cover as well.

This thing is a beast! I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this unit. The assembly instructions were clear and to the point. I had the assembly completed and was up and running for the break in period right away. I plugged in a larger commercial fan to help cool the unit while running and wasn’t able to make the generator labor even from full “off” to “full high”.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this product. It was so simple to put together and set up. It also has 2-fuel sources and remote start. Many other brands I researched were more expensive with less features and only one fuel supply. I have a full basement , and will be buying a second unit to power that space. The one unit would actually power both areas, but, based on the cost, I had rather have two so I can power more items

This generator has all the features I was looking for. The remote was easy to program and the generator started and ran flawlessly (though I've only tested it for about 30 minutes so far). If I had one complaint, it would be that the 240v plug is directly over a wheel and the wheel interferes when plugging in a thick power cable.
