I bought this product because my house was pre-wired for an emergency generator hookup. I was very pleased with the ease of setup, the layout of the controls, and the overall appearance. The unit worked flawlessly on my test run and I feel confident it will provide the backup power I need.

Was able to have it hooked into breaker box & ran beautifully. The provided funnel made it extremely easy to fill the oil & appreciate it came with quart of oil, so know what to use for it. The battery tender provided will be a lifesaver being able to recharge, rather than replace! Also including a tool kit with the perfect size to be able to change spark plug & do any maintenance for the unit. Another great feature are the extra plug ins are all on the same side, easy to access & clearly labeled.

Just purchased for 100% off-grid power. Easy setup and quick start. For the price compared to other brands, you get more power, more outlets and better (plastic) tires...and you're going to need them as this thing is practically immovable without them.

Replaced a more than 20 year old generator so that could power the whole house after installing the transfer switch and glad we did. Did the generator break-in period before hurricane season and when we lost power due to Hurricane Ian, it was ready to go, fired it up and was able to transfer all the power to the 9500. Works on both propane and gas(ethanol free) which means we can have nearly 4-5 days of fuel and propane tanks if we need it. Makes it so much easier to ride out a storm in Florida!!

Lost power for 4 days due to remnants of Hurricane Ida. Was determined to avoid this problem in the future. My new generator was just delivered today. Waiting for electrician to connect everything. Right now, I have it paced just inside my garage door so that it can be rolled out when needed. Hopefully, I can move it! Will update this review once everything done and after first use.

I recently purchased the Westinghouse Pressure Washer and it was very easy to use! After loosing power for six days I wanted to invest in a generator that I could set up and not be afraid to operate! Did my research and read previous reviews and purchased the Duel Fuel Portable Generator. I’m having an electrician install an additional breaker 50 amp breaker and plug installed . Can’t wait to test the system! But the generator is well built and easy to operate

This generator is very well built. It is very well packaged and easy to assemble. Put the supplied oil in it and add gas and you are good to go. The start/stop remote makes it very convenient in bad weather. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a generator.

I recently did some updates to my home’s electrical system. One of the things I had the electrician do was to put in a connection to install a generator. I read a lot of great reviews for Westinghouse WGen9500TFc. The only assembly that is required is to put the wheels and feet on the frame, and that was easy to do. After that it was a question of adding engine oil and gasoline. My electrician assisted me in getting it connected to my house and running. I love that it has a both a push start button as well as a remote start. The ease of use is wonderful. I like that I have the option of choosing from three different fuel sources to get it to going. I honestly hope never to loose power but I am confident the generator will keep my house functioning if I do lose power. The attached handle makes this generator super easy to move when needed. I was also surprised by the fact that it is a quieter machine than others I have seen in the past. So far, I’m really happy about this purchase.

Purchased a few weeks ago and cannot believe how great a generator buy this was. Installed wheels quickly ,then added oil and used propane to start the unit. It started up very quickly and ran quieter than expected. Next I ran using gasoline and used the remote starter and quick start again. All the accessories ( propane and nat gas hoses) makes this the perfect buy for my home use.Detailed instructions are included.

We have been talking about purchasing a generator for years. And this is the perfect solution for us. We really like the tri-fuel option. Especially that we have the choice of having the generator run on propane. We were impressed with the parts that came along with the generator. This generator is very manageable and yet will be a dependable source of power if we should loose our electricity.
