I bought this a minute ago and it is too small. I have been trying to return it but your return system is terrible. I submit request to return and it says I have to contact customer service. so I call customer service and I never get through. What's wrong with you guys? You are Kitchen Aid. A great American brand but you stink at helping me return an item.

When I first turned it on, I thought the speeds were a little slower, but the motor has lots of torque and the beaters whip everything up just as fast if not faster. I really appreciate the beater holder that keeps everything in one place. I really like the protectors on the heathers and the included wit whisk. Don’t hesitate! This is what you need and it’s a Kitchen Aid!

I have a standing mixer that I typically use but sometimes a handheld gives me more control especially for batters or “shredding” chicken. This mixer has a lot of power and worked perfectly for “perfectly chocolate cake” recipe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this kitchen aid six speed hand mixer with flex edge beaters in the mail. We use it all the time. It is made pretty good not cheap quality. The six speeds makes mixing nice as you have 6 speeds to control what you are mixing. The flex edge beaters are an awesome idea. You no longer her all that clatter of the beaters against the bowl. It is super quiet. Nice job Kitchen Aide on a awesome product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My KitchenAid hand mixer works great. I love my ice blue color. The six speeds help control your speed while mixing from slow to very fast. The beaters are very easy to put in and to take out of the mixer with easy-to-read instructions on how to do both, the beaters have a flex edge on them that cover more surface area while mixing, the whisk work great. The beaters and whisk are dish washer safe, and the mixer wipes off easy. All the beaters clip onto the front into an integrated storage clip on the bottom of the mixer for quick storage.

I only used it once before leaving for an extended vacation and it worked great. Haven’t tried it in yet a stiff dough, hopefully it can handle it. Had to read up on how to attach the beaters, they each have a specific hole which I wasn’t expecting. Would recommend this model.
