[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This KitchenAid hand mixer does a great job on mixing cake & cookie batter. I haven’t used it too many times but I think it’s a great addition to my KitchenAid Stand mixer.

When using to beat egg whites or whipped cream until 'stiff', this product doesn't work. They get thick but not stiff. I always put the bowl and the beater in the fridge prior too. There is not enough power in device to make them stiff.
