[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great handheld mixer. It has six speeds and two types of beaters. I compared this mixer to another without the flex edge beaters and noticed that it does do a better job of mixing all of my ingredients quickly and evenly. Another added plus is that they do not leave scratches on my metal bowls. I love the convenience of the storage attachment so I won’t lose any pieces. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve miss placed my mixer attachments!! Overall, a great hand mixer to have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item adds to my collection of Kitchen Aid appliances. We used this to make cookies for Thanksgiving, last night. After mixing 34 dough for 34 dozen cookies it held up quite well, as expected with any Kitchen Aid item. The flex beaters dont make that old "clanking" sound against your bowls quite as loud. It does come with a storage clip for the beaters that attach to the bottom of the mixer. I dont really see the use for that, as it leaves the other set of whisk beaters ro store in a drawer. I keep all of the Kitchen Aid items in their original boxes in the cupboard. The sppeds on the mixer are good and keep up with heavy dough. I am overall pleased with this item. It is gray in color and appears well built.

The whisk attachment is so nice, made some homemade whipped cream. I love that they have an attachment on the mixer to store the beaters and whisk, that is definitely a big plus!

It mixes the ingredients on the bowl so well! And I love the motor on this thing, it has 6 speeds and it doesnt sound like it's going to give out when I switch it to a higher speed. I've always loved the brand Kitchenaid and this mixer just shows that they are still amazing and this is a very well made kitchen appliance! I also love how compact it is for storage, that makes me even happier.

The beaters attach to the base in a parallel fashion making storage super easy. The flex edge beaters really do make a difference...very quiet!

I bought this online and you have failed to help me with a return. I have called many times and I have even tired to return it using your online portal. nothing seems to work. we call and we can never get through. we live chat and its a virtual assistant that doesn't help me, the virtual assistant somehow sent me to whirlpool. please help us, youre kitchen aide. you're not some dinky company, you're KITCHEN AIDE. we do not like this product. its whimpy.
