[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape really seals a box if you want to keep it closed for a very long time. Probably not the best option to use if moving and you are going to open the box again in a few days, but good for boxes stored in the attic.

Normal tape doesn't seem to hold up but so far this tape is working really well with those items. I received this free to test.

It's definitely thicker and doesn't fray/tear when it's not supposed to, yet it has great sticking power. You won't be disappointed when you use it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tape is nice and thick and I was a little skeptical about it's sticking abilities because of that thickness until I actually sealed a box with it. It sticks. It also unrolls smoothly and it's easily cut with the built in cutter on the dispenser. This smaller roll is also easier to grip and use but would obviously run out a lot quicker than the larger roll so I feel this size is best for those who want a sturdy tape but don't use it as often. If you ship/pack items more often, a larger roll would be a better bet.

I ship packages often so I use a lot of tape. I Had been having trouble finding a different tape from the same brand so I switched to this and now I won't be switching back. The tape is thick and sticks well, No issues there but even more it isn't overly loud nor does it smell.. I Had gotten a cheaper tape from a different brand and it was so long to use and created an odor while using it , I love this tape. The Box Lock really works

My car was broken into, and I had a 5.5 hour drive back home without a driver's front window. I wanted to make the drive back with a barrier in case there was bad weather, etc, but wanted something that would not obstruct my vision. I used this tape to make a make-shift window. I drove 70+mph home and through rain, and this tape held up the entire way. I was so grateful Scotch made this excellent product. It made a stressful situation much better. Very durable and definitely kept the promise to stay sealed!

Happy with the quality and it does keep boxes closed securely. I'm glad they figured out how to dispense the tape without making that loud noise. Will definitely be buying this in the stores.

The adhesive was super smooth and the tape pulled off the roll really easily without the typical packing tape unrolling noise. It stuck to my boxes well and I am confident it isn't coming off in transit. I received a free sample for my review, but I'll be picking more up when I run out.

It doesn't do what other rolls do, making that horrible noise when you use it. You can also feel the thickness of the tape and know it has you covered. This tape would be great for packaging up your most precious items for shipping or even for moving.
