[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M gave me a free sample of this product to evaluate. I didn’t think it would be any different than my other packing tape but it is so much stronger. I have already packed up several boxes and it’s impressive how much better is sticks.

This tape is awesome. It sticks great and seals up the boxes well. You dont have to worry about the bottom giving out of the box with this stuff. It dispenses well too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Scotch Box Lock packaging tape comes in a roll dispenser so its easier for you to cut the tape once it has been applied to the box. The packaging tape has a thickness to it and once its on the box it stays put. Compared to some generic brands of packaging tape this would be 2-3x thicker by feeling. I would give this product two thumbs up! I receive this product from 3M to evaluate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great tape. I have been shipping a lot of stuff and boxing stuff up for storage lately. This tape actually works. It rolls freely and cuts nicely. It doesn't have the problems other tapes have with it being hard to restart. And it stays on the box - doesn't matter if it is a new box or if it is a used one.

Normal tape doesn't seem to hold up but so far this tape is working really well with those items. I received this free to test.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is so powerful!!!!! It sticks to anything you need to. You do not have to use too much tape to really seal something. It is amazing to find a tape like this since most of them are too thin and they easily break. 3M gave me a free sample of this product to evaluate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i received this for free to review this packing tape works just fine. the basic holder tears ok and the tape sticks where i put it. i have dealt with tape in the past that doesn't really stick... this is just fine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free sample of this from 3M as part of their review program. I have used it on a few different boxes now and have to say it's just above average for packing tape. One thing I do like is the thickness of the tape which gives it a bit more tear resistance than the average packing tape. It has good adhesion but will still peel back off without destroying the box if you needed to get back in it.

Used 2/3 of the tape and then the tape starts tearing and I have to run the roll out until it is the width of the roll to use it (and cut off the narrow part).Then it did it again, i.e. somehow got a narrow width, have to run it out ....I am going to throw the rest of the roll out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tape seemed like a sturdy tape but I am not sure how well it will withstand. I used it to tape my plastic/vinyl cover (just like a clear cover for a table) that I have to keep opening and closing and flipping.
