I used it to reuse a box, previously received that I wanted to reuse to ship something. Tape is thicker than the normal one I use, it also did not get all stuck and matted together.

Don't take much to secure the package. I ship multi items out often and am very happy with this.Unfortunately the tape ran out very fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have started to move and Scotch Packaging Tape is perfect for securing my moving boxes. I trust that my boxes are closed and ready to move. Its fairly straightforward to use and tears easily. The roll is more than enough for all of my boxes since you dont have to worry about double taping boxes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the extra grip makes it easier to tape and cut off, no waste of time to looking for my scissors to cut off the tape. And the tape is very sturdy, just 1 layer is sturdy enough. I used have to tape 2 or 3 layers with my old tape to seal a box.

Even though the tape is super sticky, I was able to easily peel up the edge to start the roll without the tape shredding into several pieces. My first use was to seal a heavy box for shipping. The tape gripped firmly to the box without peeling up or tearing.

It took a singe strip to close up a box that I was shipping and I have confidence that it will continue to hold for the shipping journey. What a time a money saver! Love this product!.

I have used it on a few different boxes now and have to say it's just above average for packing tape. One thing I do like is the thickness of the tape which gives it a bit more tear resistance than the average packing tape. It has good adhesion but will still peel back off without destroying the box if you needed to get back in it.

This is perfect for the majority of my small to large sized boxes. I would appreciate a wider version being made for when I'm shipping (or storing something) in an extra large box. But that's not due to quality of the product; it's more of a personal preference (and an idea for the product development department). In full disclosure, I did receive this as a free sample to evaluate from 3M.
