[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a teacher I use a lot of tape, so I was thrilled when 3M sent this to me to review. I used this tape to fasten my students' name tags to their desks. Usually I have to retape name tags around Christmas, we'll see if this tape lasts all year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t been able to visit family as much so I have been mailing packages to keep in touch, I always tape the boxes 2 or 3 times to make sure they are secure. When I first tried this tape it felt so secure I knew one application was enough. It wasn’t thin and adhered flawlessly.

For example, when I repainted my kitchen table, I put all of the hardware on my tape so it didn't get lost! What I love most about the 3M-Scotch Box Lock packaging tape is that it is easy to cut a small piece and easy to pull and cut a long piece. It is very sticky, yet somehow it doesn't stick to itself when using on a box. It sure sticks firmly when I close up a box for storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is AMAZING compared to the tape I usually get for mailing packages. It stays stuck even to a dirty cardboard box and unlike every other tape I’ve tried, if you push against the box, this tape actually stays stuck holding the box closed! I usually have to put like 4 layers of moving tape on a box before I mail it in order to keep it from getting gaps in the tape if anything is stacked on it, but this tape holds so well that I literally only needed ONE piece of tape! For anyone who mails a lot of packages, or is packing up boxes to move, definitely pick this tape over the competition! Two huge thumbs up from this frequent mailer!

I ship packages often so I use a lot of tape. I Had been having trouble finding a different tape from the same brand so I switched to this and now I won't be switching back. The tape is thick and sticks well, No issues there but even more it isn't overly loud nor does it smell.. I Had gotten a cheaper tape from a different brand and it was so long to use and created an odor while using it , I love this tape. The Box Lock really works

This tape is awesome. It sticks great and seals up the boxes well. You dont have to worry about the bottom giving out of the box with this stuff. It dispenses well too.

I used it to reuse a box, previously received that I wanted to reuse to ship something. Tape is thicker than the normal one I use, it also did not get all stuck and matted together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having had the fortunate opportunity to try out the Scotch® Box Lock™ Packaging Tape right when I was moving into a new apartment, I was very surprised and quite pleased by how well this tape works on packing boxes! It sticks securely and quickly without the need to press the tape down after or make multiple passes of tape on the box. You can feel by the thickness of the tape how strong it is and I was not disappointed. One strip of tape was considerably stronger than even three strips of the standard stuff. 10 out of 10, I will never use a different, sub-par packing tape again!
