Use this for as many detectors/properties you might want to monitor (user guide says 20 per network). Set up was. A quick test demonstrated it works well with a message notification on my phone, detailing device name and location.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product I found very easy to set up. It is compact enough to fit anywhere and the alert system is at the perfect pitch to be able to hear. Performance so far from what I have seen is acceptable.

I had to return the product. Exactly the co Celt I was looking for but I would have liked to have been able to set the range for the the freeze detection to whatever I wanted (not limited to 3°C) I would have preferred a notification at 10°C to show a drop in temperature yet still time to do something about it if I had a furnace failure. Found a different product that allows any set temperature (both high and low) to alert me.

This for as many detectors/properties you might want to monitor (user guide says 20 per network) Setting it up was really simple (requires 2.4G wifi only). A quick test demonstrated it works well, for leaking and freezing, message poping up on my phone, detailing device name and location. I have seen other devices types (as CO detectors) in same product line, that I will be happily adding in my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this detector for my laundry room / Boiler Room. In the past I had frozen pipes and needed to get it under control. This small easy-to-use compact device gave me the ability to put it there and let me know when temperatures dropped to put on a portable heater if necessary. I am very happy with the remote access and alert that come to my phone. I would strongly recommend this four areas that have internet and not easy access to allow you to control the temperature as well if there is any leaks. I am very happy with this product and will recommend it to my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I'm really glade i got this. The app monitoring is very helpful. I added my wife to it so she can receive any alerts as well. Easy to use and set up. Tells you the temp so you know if you need to worry about chances of freezing pipes or not. I put it in a spot with known leak and it did its job letting me know there was a leak.

The freeze alerts are not ideal for the southern states, where many water heaters are installed in the attic. The software needs to have an option to separate / control alert types. We were woken unnecessarily at 3am when the latest cold front arrived.

Pretty straight forward. download app, create profile, choose which product you purchased, scan QR code, put in battery, wait for it to sync. You NEED WI-FI for this to work. Pros: can use other products smoke detectors ect on one app & Battery comes with Cons: need WIFI to setup. Need tools to open back.
