Until this thing gets figured out its a one star for me. Most all my clothes come out still damp. It doesn't matter what cycle it's on. I can turn heat all the way up and dryness both to 5 and, press start, 2-4 minutes later the time goes from 116 min to 4! Then it's in some stupid as cool mode. Clothes stop and guess what? They are still damp. AND if you are a person that likes hot towels out the dryer for your shower, forget about it! Nothing, absolutely nothing no matter what the setting is at, your towels will not nice and warm.

Has all the features I want, but I don't use a lot of the fancy cycles and settings, so I can't speak to that. It has Wifi, which is nice because the laundry isn't close to the living space and I can get notified on my phone. It's nice and sturdy, and looks great. Delivery was super fast and install was easy. Very pleased!

This is the first time I purchased a dyer that wasn’t a whirlpool or Maytag. So this is a very risky high end purchase BUT I have no complaints so far. I hope it still has the same lifetime as the others. Only time will tell on that issue, other than that I am loving it.

It is sleek beautiful and a modern (timeless) black color. Since we also moved into our new home at the same time, we have received tons of compliments from all our friends and family who came to our new house warming party. We also bought the pedestals which have been an awesome decision. It makes storage so much easier. Additionally it makes the front load door at a reasonably eight and I dont have to bend much. We also installed the app that goes with this and it is so cool coz it tells us how long is the cycle going to run, what is the electricity consumption, etc. Loving it ! Ah... one last thing - it comes with a rack for the shoes which has been a huge plus given we have kids in school.

And the hookup to smart things makes it really easy to check in on a laundry load or restart the machine or customize settings and see data on my usage. Bought this dryer (as part of a combo purchase with the washer) during the labor day 2023 sales events with great expectation; i am testing it today - Sept 10th with a few clothes. I was jolted by the sudden and totally unexpected noise from the "Vent System Test"; no where was it stated in the manual to expect this noise. My hope and expectation have been completely dashed by the vibration, the squealing /grinding/deafening noise coming from this device. Noise was audible from all the adjoining rooms to the laundry room. This can't be normal, I am disappointed and I don't recommend this product.

Super speed option helps in quick cycle time and with very less noise. Also it remembers our frequent options and suggests next time. The look and touch feel is great.

I love the light and since the unit was so quiet I turned it on during the first wash just to be sure it was actually washing, it was and did a fantastic job. I really like the steam sanitize feature, say goodbye to germs and bacteria. I love that I can connect my phone and it will tell me how long i have left. It's easy to dial in whatever settings you want for the cycle with the large rotating dial. Overall, it seems like it's built well and should last a long time. Love the design of the machine. I would recommend this dryer.
