[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An excellent machine with a long list of options -- it takes a bit of time to understand them all, and figure out what works for you. It dries things well, and is quieter than I expected. It was a good choice, and I am quite happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to upgrade to a newer model after my old Samsung had to go. Honestly, I miss my old one competed to the new. The AI technology should make it easier but clothes often come out damp. If you use a manual cycle, they come out too dry and difficult to iron. Beware that this model comes with a defect. Once installed, test for the rumbling noise. If doesn’t sound right, you need to call Samsung for replacement. They are relatively prompt with this, but it wasn’t a pleasant experience when you are expecting a new dryer fully functional from a brand like Samsung.
