Easy to assemble if you th the directions!! Works like a pro!!

This pellet smoker works very good, similar to my pit boss pellet smoker.

I received this grill as promised and on time. This grill is very well made! Way heavier duty than my Traeger and is also double insulated. Because it is so well made, I highly suggest having two people put it together because of the weight of it. I love that it has normal paper instructions and a scannable code for electronic instructions. The parts come in separate boxes that are labeled with exactly what is in it and hardware comes in separate bags that go with each part you are putting on. So no searching for the right parts, they make it super easy. I did the break in on it and the next day, I did a whole chicken for a first cook. I was amazed how it held the temperature so well! I set it at 225 and even with having some wood chunks in the wood box, it never went above 227 degrees and mainly held right at 225. I will be trying wood chips instead of wood chunks as it did have trouble lighting the chunks. I had to give it a little help with a propane lighter, then all was good. So far, very impressed with this grill! For the price and the and how it is built, you can't go wrong!

First off, this smoker came delivered packaged very nice and not damaged. Secondly, it was easy to assemble and is very solid. Thirdly, it really smokes well and hold heat very well and the smoke box is an enormous benefit! After six months, it stopped turning on and after resetting it numerous times, it just stop powering on at all! Ridiculous and I was HOT AS FIRE!!! I called the customer service number and spoke with a very nice man named Trent and he had a replacement power console and extension power cord on the way to me within ten minutes! They stood behind their product and that’s rare these days! Considering how easily he replaced it leads me to think this is a common issue that should have been addressed long ago, not after a person has spent $500 bucks! I needed food smoked for Thanksgiving dinner and I couldn’t because of this problem. That’s my sole reason for the three ⭐️ review. Maybe I’ll revisit the review after the package arrives and I’ve had it for a few months or so.

I bought my smoker in April 2025 and have had great success with it. It holds its set temperature very well and uses minimal amounts of pellets. The smoke box provides a way to add extra smoke as well. I had an issue with the thermocouple going out in November which can happen on any brand name. The customer service from Sam’s was great. They helped me get a replacement which was easy to change. It’s good to know that you’re going to get help when you have a problem!

This smoker was $499. Now it is $699. Might as well get a name brand smoker now.

It's my first smoker and I really like it! Keeps temps with only a few degrees difference of the set temp, even with the current AZ 110°+. Worth every penny.

4th pellet grill I've owned and by far the best. Works flawless for temps and love the smoke box. is a game changer for authentically tasting smoked meats.

I've been researching pellet grills for the past few months now. I finally got to the point where i narrowed it down to two brands/models i liked. However, i couldn't justify spending $800-$1000+ on a pellet grill, so my plan was to wait a few more months and watch for spring sales. I started seeing 'chatter' regarding this new Member's Mark pellet grill with built-in smoke box and was genuinely impressed by the features i read online. On a whim, i decided to check it out in person (thankfully my local Sam's Club had some in-stock). After taking a look at the display model and comparing to other brands i've seen in person, this grill was a no brainer. Took me about 2 hours to put together. I followed the instructions and did the first cure/season last night. It was in the high 30's and windy, but had no trouble staying at temp +/- 6 degrees. After 45 minutes i turned it down to 200 degrees before initiating shut down mode, it took about an hour and a half for it to go down from 400 to 200 because its so well insulated. Pros: - Well built, heavy duty steel (dang near 200lbs). - The body is oval so Its taller vertically. More height. - Gaskets on both the main door and fire box door for better seal. - Vents in the back, angled downward. The wind doesn't affect as much as others brands with tall chimneys - Built in smoke box for wood chunks/charcoal - Double walled insulated, to keep the heat in. - 920sq inches!! - Includes cover and sausage hooks - Induction burner - All parts were clearly labeled and the instructions were well detailed - PRICE! Cons: - No wifi - 25 degree increments - Temp range is 200-500 (I wish it went a little lower than 200). This is a new grill made by Even Embers for Sam's under the Member's Mark brand. From what I've read, this is the first pellet grill this company has made for Sam's. All other pellet grills are made by other manufactures, so the reviews, quality, customer service can not be compared to others offered by Sam's. I haven't cooked anything yet, but will very very soon.

This grill is amazing! It is big and well insulated. It smokes well and keeps the temperature well. It is easy to clean and easy to use. I would definitely purchase this grill again. The only thing that could make this grill better would be to put wheels on all four feet. We are taking the wheels off of old grill to put on this one to make it easier to move around because it is heavy!
