[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are amazing. I don't feel trapped in them and can hear outside conversations. They deliver great sound. I knocked the case down after a fall. One did not charge and Bose fixed right away! What great service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these well over a year ago and use them daily! I have other open ear buds but these are my go to ones! They sound better than all the rest for any kind of music and were easy to set up! I did lose one the other day and used a third party app to find it, so if I had to give it any kind of negative it doesn’t have a “find” application even though I only need it once since I had them! Because of the price they were not my first choice but they would be today! If your on the fence don’t be, I was pleasantly surprised with them over all!

I’m on my second replacement pair of Ultra earbuds and I’m having charging issues again. When they are usable they sound great. The original pair and the two refurbished replacements have charging issues. I also had to wait 3 weeks to receive the replacements. Retrieving the serial number inside the charger case is also a huge challenge.

They’ve replaced it with a new one with no issues even all my vehicles that I have have Bose sound system wireless speakers, headphones earbuds. Bose is the only way to go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own other bose headsets and speakers and they give good sound quality. I bout the open airs because all other ear buds never stayed in my ears. The open earbuds stay in place really well. The sound quality isn't quite as good that I have found, but I am good with that because they stay in place and I don't have to keep pushing them in all the time.

I love the controls, sound clarity as well as the fit. I have used Bose religiously since 2000 and wouldn’t go anywhere else. When you have perfection why look elsewhere

In terms of this speaker I have, I carry that thing with me everywhere I go to enjoy amazing quality sound in any situation.
