The sound quality is great when you can get them just right on your ears. They do not clip tight enough around my ears. I have already had 1 fall off in a parking lot and spent some time looking for it ( luckily I located it). I would love them if they would hold my ear a bit tighter.

They cut out lawnmower noise without having to turn them too loud. I have used them on planes and when the family is watching tv. In my opinion there is nothing better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it and within a year one side stopped working. They sent a replacement. Within 6 months the other side stopped working. So they gave me an “upgrade” with a discounted price. Same thing one side kept going in and out. Terrible product, don’t guy it. Way overpriced. I switched to Klipsch ear buds and haven’t had an issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these well over a year ago and use them daily! I have other open ear buds but these are my go to ones! They sound better than all the rest for any kind of music and were easy to set up! I did lose one the other day and used a third party app to find it, so if I had to give it any kind of negative it doesn’t have a “find” application even though I only need it once since I had them! Because of the price they were not my first choice but they would be today! If your on the fence don’t be, I was pleasantly surprised with them over all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased a quiet comfort product in the past. I typically buy the Bose products without questioning the product. But I will say that when it comes to the product. I thinks that Bose is behind the competition for what the product offers vs the price point the product costs. I will say that the sound quality is good for the product. However the level of volume and the noise cancellation do not compare well compared to the air pods that I purchased. I also feel that the air pods hear through option is superior to the Bose product. Also the ease of connectivity with my iPhone is more convenient. This is something that I wish Bose could bridge the gap better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the open ear buds for more than a year. They are by far the best earbuds I have ever owned. The levels are the best on the market. Deep bass and clarity makes music more enjoyable. The different listening modes are an awesome change to normal stereo. They blow all others away. I will never go back to the other brands.

I wouldn't say they are the best sounding Bose headphones I have nor are they good at noise cancellation but that's not why I purchased them. I am constantly wearing in the ear or over the ear headphones and these Ultra Open earbuds are the perfect set to wind down with after a long day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First the positive side. The sound quality is tremendous. I love Bose sound as I have the EarPods as well as the noise canceling headphones. I don't believe Bose quality can be beaten as far as sound. Now the downside. The charging case for the EarPods Is poorly made. Shortly after I received my new Bose EarPods, I had the EarPods out and accidentally dropped the case onto a wooden floor Not more than one foot above the floor. The top of the case broke off easily and I've had to glue it back on. On a later time, it dropped again and again broke off. There is very little that holds the top to the case. This is quite disappointing. As far as keeping the EarPods in my ears, this is probably more my problem than Bose but I can't seem to keep the right side in as it continues to fall out. I do recommend buying these as the sound quality is worth it but I would recommend Bose do something to strengthen the charging case. Again the same quality is tremendous But the case is poorly built and I have trouble keeping The AirPods in my ears even trying the different sizes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the Ultra Open earbuds! I actually have had a pair for a year and bought a second pair as a backup. Bout my daughter a pair as well. No ear fatigue and most of the time I forget I’m wearing them! Super comfortable. Great sound quality. Only issue is with my older pair, it started having connectivity issues but I basically rest everything, had my phone forget the connection and reconnected as a new item. No issues since!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the quiet comfort earbuds, the sound quality is unmatched in my experience with various brands of earbuds. They also work remarkably well when used for hearing protection alone when running equipment or in a high noise area.
