[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Ultra Open Earbuds as a Christmas gift for myself. The set up was absurdly easy. The online product instructions are excellent. The buds are extremely comfortable, are secure while I'm walking and continually surprise with features that I did not know existed. For example, there will be a brief interruption to a book I'm listening to on Audible to announce the distance walked, the time taken or when I've closed an exercise ring on my app, then it effortlessly slips back to the exact place where the book interruption took place. More important, sound quality is excellent and the choice for complete noise cancellation or partial is quite helpful depending upon the environment (as in not always using complete noise cancellation while walking in a busy area).

The only problem I tend to have with these are that after a while they start to go all static for some reason not sure why but they are very expensive to keep buying more so this will probably be my last pair ever unless that issue gets resolved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Bose QuietComfort Earbuds! So much rich tones and deep sounds coming from such small devices. They fit neatly into my ears and block out the everyday noises. It's like I'm immediately immersed into my own mini concert during my workouts and runs. It's truly amazing. I highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these several years ago for air travel. They are still performing excellently and are a life saver in trips. I also started using them when working out and watching a tv so that I don’t bother my husband (he’s very happy about that 🤣) I highly recommend these ear buds. Easy to fit in ear, they’ve never fallen out, and the recharging case is great! Very happy with them!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these about 2 years ago, 1 week before the warranty expired the left bud stopped working! I had to send it back to have it looked at, I did try to reboot it first! I got it back and three weeks after the left stopped working again! Nope I can’t recommend this not for the cost! Sorry, never again! The sound is good tho.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own other bose headsets and speakers and they give good sound quality. I bout the open airs because all other ear buds never stayed in my ears. The open earbuds stay in place really well. The sound quality isn't quite as good that I have found, but I am good with that because they stay in place and I don't have to keep pushing them in all the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have shad my Bose earbuds for several years now. I have never regretted my purchase. The sound is crystal clear. Noise cancellation is the best, no interference only great sound. I have a pair of other name brand earbuds and there is no comparison. I love my Bose Earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased these several months ago, mainly for the gym. Always had trouble keeping ear buds in the ears and these are the perfect solution. They always feel comfortable and of course the sound is excellent as it is a Bose. My wife had the same issue keeping ear buds in her left ear, she LOVES the way they fit and sound. The battery also lasts for a very long time. I've had my Earbuds for 9 months (?) I've charged the case 2x in all that time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome sounding buds. They have actually spoked me that I will only buy Bose products. The bass and treble balance are perfect. A must have for daily use. The quietness is amazing letting you listen to every note. No other product comes close to it for perfect quiet and comfort. 10 gold stars from my experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first hated them. It was so weird for me to pass from earbuds or headphones (all Bose) to those open earbuds. Now I just love them. This is a fantastic technology. I recommend them for sure with no hesitation!
