This is a “no added taste” healthy alternative to olive oil. Works well for muffin, cake and bread loaf pans and for sautéing.

I would’ve given this to five star rating if it came out as a spray instead of a stream but otherwise I like cooking with it.

Love this brand and the fact it has a high smoke point. My only issue is the size the cans could be bigger because these don’t last very long

Recently switched from canola to avocado oil for health benefits. This was basically two for the price of one compared to Whole Foods.

Love that they offer this in a spray bottle. Avocado oil is my go to cooking oil and this is great for traveling, since you don’t have to worry about carrying a glass bottle. Perfect for your AirBNB cooking essentials bag.

Love this oil. I use it to cook my popcorn, eggs, toasts, in my spaghetti etc. So many uses in a convenient spray. So no messy bottle to unscrew. A bit pricey to me, but Sooooo worth it.

Wayyyy cheaper than grocery stores and they’re the larger sizes. I use this oil to cook everything and its gt a great smoke point unlike olive oil. Tasteless too. I actually lightly spray my cast irons after using them. A great buy for sure.

This spray is awful. Everytime I used this spray my food would vigorously stick to the pan. I ruined a pan because of this spray. Like the other reviews the spray comes out fast and furious like a stream so you use a lot of product. The odor when using to cook is an odd plastic smell as if the oil goes bad at high heat and creates a smokey kitchen (a vent fan is a must!). Avocado oil is not supposed to do this. Sam's used to carry the olive oil Member's Mark version which was perfect and no longer available in the warehouse. You only buy this awful more expensive spray in store now. This spray is awful and seems to be more of a money grab and poor quality.
