The spray apparatus on this aerosol is amazeballs! Theres no avocado flavor, applies great surface area to a pan, there’s no weird flavor where cooking like eggs. Healthier option for grilled cheese! It’s cross cross apple sauce easy as 1,2,3. You should buy it!

The best spray for cooking and maintaining a healthy heart diet. Just my opinion just one small drawback. This darn thing is so powerful. It will spray a wide stream with one pump. If I’m spraying something, I hold it over the sink otherwise you have oil everywhere. my cast-iron pan absolutely loves it.
