I use this avocado oil spray frequently. 1. It's avocado oil, not vegetable spray. 2.It's convenient 3. The price is very reasonable. 4. The taste is good.

I use avocado spray instead of butter or margarine on my toast. I also sprinkle grated garlic on it.

Healthy alternative to using seed oils. Best used in my high priced non-stick cookware. It leaves no residue.

Doesn't smoke like olive and vegetable oil, and doesn't have a weird taste like Pam.

The oil seems fine, but the nozzle needs updating. Forget trying to spray this in a smaller 8-inch pan without holding it over a sink and wasting product. They need to update the nozzle on this. Would not buy again if it stays like this.

Snapped this up as soon as I saw it. I use avocado oil frequently. The container and dispensing of the product is wonderful. Unfortunately it does not seem to prevent my food from sticking to the surface I coat. I have tried it several times now with the same result.

I've bought this specific product several times and the nozzles always shoot in a stream rather than spray. So, greasing cupcake liners sprays heavy and leaves gaps and in a pan it sprays hard and sometimes splatters back.

This spray is awful. Everytime I used this spray my food would vigorously stick to the pan. I ruined a pan because of this spray. Like the other reviews the spray comes out fast and furious like a stream so you use a lot of product. The odor when using to cook is an odd plastic smell as if the oil goes bad at high heat and creates a smokey kitchen (a vent fan is a must!). Avocado oil is not supposed to do this. Sam's used to carry the olive oil Member's Mark version which was perfect and no longer available in the warehouse. You only buy this awful more expensive spray in store now. This spray is awful and seems to be more of a money grab and poor quality.

Both cans expelled the oil in a stream, like a squirt, rather than a spray. I went through it 3x faster to cover the area needed, because it's a straight line instead of fanned application. Super waste of money.
