This is so much better and healthier than Pam cooking spray. It coats very evenly and lasts a long time. My nutritionist says when you cook a lot, Avocado it great because it's higher smoke point, meaning it's better suited for cooking at high temperatures without burning.

I used this spray for the first time, and it was a noticeable difference in coverage and taste. Everyone like the oven-fried cutlets better than before and said to make them like that from now on. No argument here -- it was easier and quicker. The spray (not a thin mist) covered the surface area in seconds, and I didn't have to stop and pump repeatedly to get enough coverage. So far, the nozzle has not clogged and still sprays quickly and evenly. You do have to press down on the top firmly. No joke. I hold and aim the can with one hand and press the top with the other. No lecithin, no preservative, no propellants. Great product.

Avocado Oil is healthier than some of the other oils. It is a high temp oil and brand is a fine mist spray. It gives you more control on the amount of oil you use. I now use this on everything. Fried eggs, Salads, Pasta, Air fried chicken tenders, etc.

If you want nothing but oil, this is for you. There is no soy lecithin. Once you get the hang of how it sprays it works great. The oil has a high smoke point so using it on stove top and oven is no problem. And the price is very good compared to similar products.
