My favorite non-stick spray because it is healthy and works great! I wish it was not so pricey though

Chosen Foods Avocado Spray is indeed purely avocado oil, with no other oils added. It's a great, healthy alternative to many of the oil sprays found on store shelves.

Thought this was a good idea, but it does not work well. It does not spray out at a nice mist. It does not do a good job as a no stick. Probably would not buy again.

Cost Comparison: Sam's 2ct 8oz cans for $9.68, $4.84 per can or $0.60 per 8oz can........W.M. 1ct 4oz can $5.12 or $1.09 per 4oz can. Love Love Love this spray. Avocado Oil is healthier than some of the other oils. It is a high temp oil and brand is a fine mist spray. It gives you more control on the amount of oil you use. I now use this on everything. Fried eggs, Salads, Pasta, Air fried chicken tenders, etc.

This is so much better and healthier than Pam cooking spray. It coats very evenly and lasts a long time. My nutritionist says when you cook a lot, Avocado it great because it's higher smoke point, meaning it's better suited for cooking at high temperatures without burning.

If you want nothing but oil, this is for you. There is no soy lecithin. Once you get the hang of how it sprays it works great. The oil has a high smoke point so using it on stove top and oven is no problem. And the price is very good compared to similar products.

The label says oil spray but It did not spray. It drizzled out

This spray is awful. Everytime I used this spray my food would vigorously stick to the pan. I ruined a pan because of this spray. Like the other reviews the spray comes out fast and furious like a stream so you use a lot of product. The odor when using to cook is an odd plastic smell as if the oil goes bad at high heat and creates a smokey kitchen (a vent fan is a must!). Avocado oil is not supposed to do this. Sam's used to carry the olive oil Member's Mark version which was perfect and no longer available in the warehouse. You only buy this awful more expensive spray in store now. This spray is awful and seems to be more of a money grab and poor quality.

Loved the product, however it would be nice to have a different lid, this one can be a bit tricky when you first try it
