The ingredients in this product seem like healthy, quality ones. However, the spray function design is faulty. The first time I purchased the sprayers just allowed the product to only come out in one stream which was messy. The second time I purchased the spray worked initially (only one) but then stopped working.

I'm very disappointed in the way it sprays. It is not a fine mist. You are much better off getter a manual Kitchen Oil (Olive) sprayer and putting your own avocado oil in it. I cannot find a propellent or means of propellent listed on the can. Otherwise, the oil seems as advertised and that is the only reason I give it three stars. I had to use 0.3 ounces to cover a 7x7 surface with my first use, so I expect about 20-30 uses per can versus the 904 "servings" advertised.

I used this spray for the first time, and it was a noticeable difference in coverage and taste. Everyone like the oven-fried cutlets better than before and said to make them like that from now on. No argument here -- it was easier and quicker. The spray (not a thin mist) covered the surface area in seconds, and I didn't have to stop and pump repeatedly to get enough coverage. So far, the nozzle has not clogged and still sprays quickly and evenly. You do have to press down on the top firmly. No joke. I hold and aim the can with one hand and press the top with the other. No lecithin, no preservative, no propellants. Great product.

It doesn’t spray like cooking spray. One bottle does not spray at all. I will not purchase again.
