Reliable Printer

My old HP printer was giving me problems, likely due to system upgrades and the fact that it was getting old! I decided to try an ink tank printer and the HP Bot suggested this one. My husband and I set it up. It took very little time although we had to use the electrical cord from our old printer in order to plug it in. The new one wouldn't go into the port on the printer. After solving that dilemma, the rest was easy. I have had no trouble with it since. It does double sided printing beautifully and print quality is excellent.

Too slow and not consistently working

This printer is slower than other HP printers that I bought more than 20 years ago. It does work all the time. Often, I have to recycle the power to get it to work. It also does not have a document feeder which should be a standard for any printer. Scanning multiple page documents is painful without a document feeder. All in all, I am disappointed that this printer has an HP name on it. I have been a loyal HP client for many years. I am not sure that I will remain as such.

    a few hiccups with install and printing from phone

    Great printer, horrible app

    The printer is great. I would rate it higher if I could get the app to work. Unfortunately, I have problems with the Azure part, and support is difficult to get. So I just use my work computer for other needed options.
