Great copies, actually being able to make copies and not worry that I am going to run out of ink.

Great price, easy to set up, works perfectly over wifi, came with so much ink.

I bought this last year and did not get a chance to install it until April of this year. I'm sorry I waited so long as I would have taken it back for a refund. This piece of junk has to be turned off and then back on nearly every day as it cannot hold onto a Wifi signal. The printer is 6 feet away from my router. Also, the factory presets do not allow you to print in color direct from my MacBook Pro computer. To do this you have to use the HP Smart App (and I'm questioning the Smart) or print from an iPhone or iPad. Total waste of money.

A nice printer but if you don't use it consistently the ink head dries out faster than cartridges then it is a real hassle to clean.

The printer app does NOT work with chrome. Told by an HP representative on working with Smartphones.
