Horrible customer service. I ordered this item on May 19, 2026, with a promised delivery date of May 22. On the delivery date, the status still showed as unshipped. I contacted Sam's Club customer service and was told a support ticket was submitted, promising a response within 24–48 hours. By May 24, I received no updates. I contacted them again, only to find out the ticket had been closed with zero explanation or information. Standard customer service just offered to submit yet another ticket with a 24–72 hour wait time. Meanwhile, nobody can tell me when or if the item will actually ship. Save yourself the headache.

Ours will no longer load paper without jamming. We've tried everything. We don't print much and haven't even had to refill the ink tanks once, but this piece of junk is now useless.

Has anyone else had trouble getting this printer to connect to wifi? My friend has one and she cannot get it to connect. We tried 3 days straight. I really don't want to give a bad review for this so I'll give 3 stars for now.

Worthless. Lasted 6 months, then would accept wifi. HP's Customer Service, as usual, was worthless; they tried to get me to use an other independent HP "technical support" to fix thweir machine!

Subpar Performance! I like the ink tank, relatively quick printing but I really dislike the fact that it jams every time I try to print two sided! It never fails. I need to turn off/on the printer and reset it. Very frustrating.

I purchased one in June, and it was dead in July. Sams sent a replacement and it won't even turn on. Total junk. Returning and I'll never buy HP products again.

I have been using this printer for 3 months without any problems. I did have to move my laptop close to it to sync. No problems with it at all. I like it better than my Brother printer.

Great copies, actually being able to make copies and not worry that I am going to run out of ink.

Finally a good printer worth having.
