Little use so far but what I have printed has been really good. Easy to use and it connected to my IPad quickly via wifi. Holds more paper than my previous HP Printer and not having printer cartridges is a big plus.

We have been holding off to get a new printer. This was the one we choose because for the ink. We did not like how the ink dried out before we used it. This one seems to be working great.

Printer initial setup was flawless with a tolerable learning curve for a newby.. my fault I’m sure. However we switched to Star Link and it hasn’t worked since … and all I get to chat with is some relative of Alexa..🙄

Dont buy HP printers. They now force you to use only HP brand ink. Theres actually a chip inside the printer that wont allow other ink. So you have to pay the exorbitant ink prices, or subscribe to their monthly ink program. Both are money pit rip offs! Beware of HP printers!!!

have had this printer for a year. when i try to print anything, it normally takes a few hours to get it to print if it ever does. I am so done with it! the specifications also said it had a USB port. I cannot find it. Or it probably would have saved me hours of trouble. I cannot get it to copy anything. The only thing this thing does is print out the pg that tells you what the different symbols are for. UGG!

The printer was super easy to set up and start using. My 12yo assisted and we had no issues. Wasn't sure if filling the ink tanks would be messy- it turned out to be easy. Each bottle empties completely into the tank. I'm not sure how one bottle of blue, pink and yellow will last up to 3 years but it's got to be better than the Epson WorkForce Pro Ink Hog I'm throwing in the trash.

I bought this last year and did not get a chance to install it until April of this year. I'm sorry I waited so long as I would have taken it back for a refund. This piece of junk has to be turned off and then back on nearly every day as it cannot hold onto a Wifi signal. The printer is 6 feet away from my router. Also, the factory presets do not allow you to print in color direct from my MacBook Pro computer. To do this you have to use the HP Smart App (and I'm questioning the Smart) or print from an iPhone or iPad. Total waste of money.

Recently purchased this product. Disappointed you are advertising a 7002 model and I received the 7000 model. This is deceiving, we should actually know what we are getting before we order. No problems printing so far but I did keep getting an error message trying to set up (trouble connecting) that eventually went away.

This is the most frustrating and worst quality printer I have ever had the misfortune of buying. The printer will not stay connected to wireless network (laptop, TV, tablet, phone, etc. have no issue staying connected to my wireless network). The only way to fix the connection error is factory resetting the printer and re-installing everything. HP Smart app can't fix it. Even the HP Print & Scan Doctor app is unable to fix it. After re-installing it will work for maybe 2 or 3 print jobs. I purchased from Sam's Club on sale without doing any research or reading reviews. It turns out the connectivity issue is a major defect in the HP Smart Tank 7000 series. Don't waste money buying this printer; you will not even be able to use.

The printer I bought is a real piece of Junk. I could not get it to work to print envelopes. Every which way, the envelopes get jammed or go crooked. Anyway, a total disappointment. I will never buy another HP printer again. For basic papers, is fine.
