Terrible, all frozen together they looked like they had been thawed and refroze, we could not get them apart without breaking them, this is the second box I had bought like this and I will not buy them anymore

This is for Sams personal, where is this product, my store has not had this product for over 9 months. Why? Ever this 2020 (Covid) your stores have been out of so many products I use, not sure if I will renew the membership next year after around 30 years. Even though they are farther away looking at a Cosco membership if things don't get better.

They came in one big pack and all the pretzels were stuck together. You couldn’t get them apart without breaking them into little pretzel bits. The only way to get them apart is to spray them with water so the frozen part sticking them together melts. But that means that you have to eat all the ones that are stuck together. And they also only had one small package of salt and cinnamon/sugar. The pretzels themselves tasted alright, which is the only reason they get any stars.

I am very disappointed in Sam's delivery service. I have ordered boxes of these pretzels with delivery service to my restaurant two times, and both times, the pretzels have arrived completely thawed. Once they are refrozen, the pretzels stick together and cannot be pried apart without breaking them. They are unusable for my business.

I’m not a fan of the new recipe, but the bigger issue is the pretzels freezing together. I purchase these for our ballpark concession stand, and it takes a lot of messing around to separate them. Even when I’m able to separate them, 3/4 look horrible and the other 1/4 are broken (many times out of the box). The issue appears to be caused by the pretzels thawing and then being refrozen. I actually went into my local Sam’s Club one morning and found an entire pallet of these sitting in an aisle, waiting for an employee to stock them in the freezers. The boxes were already starting to sweat from sitting out. Whatever the cause, it's getting hard to continue buying these.

Soft jumbo pretzels is a top seller in my area. Side note: it will tear if not separated correctly. We thaw out before separating
