The first few pretzels where fine but the rest where ALL stuck together I tried using a knife to get them apart(I'm handicapped) but they came out in piece. Who wants that? For the price you pay you should get FULL pretzels.

Terrible, all frozen together they looked like they had been thawed and refroze, we could not get them apart without breaking them, this is the second box I had bought like this and I will not buy them anymore

The last 2 packs I purchased the pretzels were frozen together so badly I literally couldn’t pry them apart. I let them sit out for a bit but when I tried to pull them apart they would break. Kind of annoying…I’ve never had this issue in the past

They came in one big pack and all the pretzels were stuck together. You couldn’t get them apart without breaking them into little pretzel bits. The only way to get them apart is to spray them with water so the frozen part sticking them together melts. But that means that you have to eat all the ones that are stuck together. And they also only had one small package of salt and cinnamon/sugar. The pretzels themselves tasted alright, which is the only reason they get any stars.

I am very disappointed in Sam's delivery service. I have ordered boxes of these pretzels with delivery service to my restaurant two times, and both times, the pretzels have arrived completely thawed. Once they are refrozen, the pretzels stick together and cannot be pried apart without breaking them. They are unusable for my business.
