BIG pretzels! I bought the big box, as we go through our pretzels quickly, but was very surprised when the pretzels themselves are big! Same great taste. Definitely recommended if you have freezer space…we removed them from the box. And, of course, they need to be cooked for about a minute rather than the normal 30 seconds.

These pretzels are great and you get nice quantity for price compared to the ones you get at the regular grocery. Only complaint is they cooked all the way on the outside and still seemed a little doughy for my husband and myself but the kids loved them!!

This is for Sams personal, where is this product, my store has not had this product for over 9 months. Why? Ever this 2020 (Covid) your stores have been out of so many products I use, not sure if I will renew the membership next year after around 30 years. Even though they are farther away looking at a Cosco membership if things don't get better.

These are great, as long as you get them when they’re not thawed and refrozen into a solid clump. We use these for our business and the last 6 boxes we’ve bought (in 3 separate trips to the store) were frozen together and they break into pieces when we try to pry them apart. I can’t serve them to customers like that, so they get thrown out and that cuts into our profit margin.

These pretzels stick together. The manufacturer changed the boxes to smaller size post COVID and ever since they stick together. We use these for our high school concession stand and we have to thaw them in the cooler prior to cooking them. Even then they can still stick together.

I have bought these many times before and they were dine. This time all of the pretzels were stuck together. I should have returned them, but already threw away the box. They cannot even be pried apart with a knife. They are stuck like they are glued and very difficult to use.

Not a fan of the new recipe. The texture inside is like eating a piece of white bread. It's too soft and no longer has the dense chewiness like the old recipe. The smell and taste are also different. You could easily recognize the smell and taste of a super pretzel...this just smells and tastes like regular bread.

Horrible Quality, No flavor, freezer burnt, will not seperate, no matter the amount of salt or cinnamon sugar. Unsaveable. I will never purchase this product again.

These are not as good as the other recipe from this company. We find so many broken. We can not serve them to our customers. A lot of waste

Worst pretzels ever! They were burnt stuck together and broke as you tried to pull them apart then they broke off! I bought 2 boxes had to throw half a way what a total waste! Do not buy!
