These are great, as long as you get them when they’re not thawed and refrozen into a solid clump. We use these for our business and the last 6 boxes we’ve bought (in 3 separate trips to the store) were frozen together and they break into pieces when we try to pry them apart. I can’t serve them to customers like that, so they get thrown out and that cuts into our profit margin.

These pretzels stick together. The manufacturer changed the boxes to smaller size post COVID and ever since they stick together. We use these for our high school concession stand and we have to thaw them in the cooler prior to cooking them. Even then they can still stick together.

I have bought these many times before and they were dine. This time all of the pretzels were stuck together. I should have returned them, but already threw away the box. They cannot even be pried apart with a knife. They are stuck like they are glued and very difficult to use.

I ordered these since I've had their smaller versions from another store before, which were good. However, these pretzels are MUCH bigger AND they are all so frozen together in a solid large mass - I had a very difficult time chiseling them apart to even get one separate pretzel. They are good, don't get me wrong, but because they are nearly impossible to pry apart to get just one, I will not be buying these again. Suggestion for the maker of these pretzels - maybe put dividers of some kind in between each pretzel - like parchment paper, wax paper or something, so someone can easily take out individual pretzels. Otherwise, you are stuck chiseling them apart, or having to thaw out the whole mass to be able to separate them, which you shouldn't have to do.
