We have started getting complaints on the pretzels being not the best. Very hard to get apart when frozen, they come all smashed together. They rip apart. We didn't have this problem before.

Taste great, but VERY hard to separate. I literally was using an ice hammer to try separating, and they still didn’t come apart. When I struggled to separate by hand, the pretzel comes apart in pieces.

These are awesome. 2x bigger than grocery stores and 1/2 of the price!

COULD Not separate these at all. Only broken in pieces trying to seperate. Most in trash saved 3

Pretzels did not come with salt. Just cinnamon sugar. Disappointed

Had to toss these out as they had a moldy taste.

These are strange, they don't taste right. They taste like a carpet smells? Almost like a dish rag.
