Theses are not as good as the old brand. once heated the are dry and gross.

This year the pretzels have been terrible! I've purchased 20 boxes over the last 3 weeks for our Little League- every one of them smashed together, frozen hard as a rock (I joked with my family that they must have been frozen in the artic) & impossible to separate without damaging. It took 4 hours to prep 6 boxes onto trays - a job that usually takes 30-40min. Even the last box was still stuck. This is the 9th year I've been getting them at Sams for our Little League & have never had this problem before. It seems like a factory issue as other years they were neatly stacked in the same direction & no problem to separate. This year in addition to being smashed together they are also haphazardly packed in different directions. Hope they fix the problems.

These pretzels were frozen all together. They came apart in pieces. I made one and it was tasteless and dry. Tasted old and expired. This is the second time I got this product in this condition. I will buy BAVERIAN pretzels from the grocery store. More expensive but better all around.

These were too expensive to be this bad. I don't know if they were defective or mishandled or what. They came stuck together in such a hard clump that you couldn't separate them without damaging them or breaking them into pieces. Then when cooked the tops cooked and the bottom stays soggy. I've had the small box of soft pretzels like this from other stores that weren't this bad. Who has $11 to waste?
